  How to email JWs at the Brooklyn Bethel?

  does any one know how to send emails to jws in the brooklyn behel or else where in the wtbts organization?

  is the email address format [email protected]?

  in this day of technology it would be very hard to believe that the wtbts doesn't use email to communicate with elders, cos, dos, branch, and bethels.

  I've heard this one, years ago... It wouldn't phase an asleep JW in the least- not a smoking gun, sorry. It "means" in WTS double-talk it is symbolic and not literal, another one of Freddy's multi layered symbolisms.

  while i firmly believe in rewarding an author with financial revenue for his efforts and i myself purchased his book with joy - those of you that may have limited budgets or have been postponing the reading of this classic did you realize it is readily available on the net as a free pdf format - i found it under [edited].

  A friend emailed the PDF of the book to me- I read it and loved/hated it and then later bought a copy off Amazon...Awesome book every JW should read but they won't what a pity.

  my updated story and my thoughts

  right now im fading and haven't been in service for 5 months 0000 in for 16 years ministerial servant for about 8.5 years pioneered for 3 years around 1994-97 later auxiliary then around 2004 got back on pioneer list for about the same time became elder for 5.3 years when i began reading books nothing apostate but then began searching apostate literature.

  i could ignore web sites like six screens and other apostates because u can tell when someone is just looking for attention and out to hurt or revenge.

  so i researched my research and found the lies in wt literature.

  @TheLoveDoctor - I can really relate to what you are saying so much I think I am really close to you like from a parallel universe or something lol. Elder, born in stubborn wife, etc.

  @Pirata - Learning about the fallacy of 607 almost destroyed me I spent hundreds of hours studying and learning about 587 being the true date.

  There's another pretty good "JW site" I've found that deals with this they have an article about 607 here:

  One thing to keep in mind is that when you send an email the header *sometimes* (depending on your email provider) contains your IP address and it can be very accurate as to your geographic location.

  If you are an X it may not matter but if you are a fader then be careful or somebody like Johnny (JK) may catch you, lol.

  Youtube JW Goes Against WT Admonition to Admonish Apostates

  this sister in the video below calls us "stupid", "slanderous" and nearly says, "libelous", but oh, darnit, it's not a word she is use to saying .

  this lady has about 125 vids talking about the jw's, the wtbts and stuff.

  she goes against the wtbts's admonition against having such a channel and against engaging apostates with admonition of her own to dole out.

  Maybe she should try looking at the camera and speaking from her heart not just reading off a piece of paper...But yes, I wish more Witnesses would do this, because using the internet and sharing your beliefs is the start of listening to others and hopefully being open to learning more about the WTO.

  How HIGH did you climb the ranks as a JW? Did you like the STATUS?

  so what were your biggest jw accomplishments as a rank & file?

  curious as to what level you climbed the r&f ladder while in the org, or if you still are in.. did you regular pioneer, or auxiliary pioneer?

  Pioneer 6 years, Bethel for a few, MS for 9 elder for 10 did all the positions except PO (Coordinator of the Body of Elders as it is now called) gave parts on the CA, DC, was a good speaker.

  I regret DFing people- we had hundreds of committee meetings over the course of a couple years there it was aweful and I would come home at midnight often and just be wrung out like a wet towel emotionally. I can say that about 90% of them were "easy" in that so and so committed fornication 38 times and hid it from their wife kind of situations...Anyway, I know of at least one that we DFed wrongly- I was only 28 brand new, didn't know what the h&ll I was doing tried to speak up but the older guy who was chairman shut me down so I went along w it. In retrospect I guess we did the young guy a favor I suppose. He left and never came back and has a normal life now.

  I didn't crave "the position" although I enjoyed helping the friends and being "used by Jehovah" as I thought it was, and can look back on that part and say I helped some people. I did a lot of shepherding and phone calls, answering questions, etc.

  i have a long history in this cult, at various levels.

  a few of you, out there in cyberspace, share a similar experience - but many do not.. i'm going to tell you how to interpret things that happen in the organization, as well as what is written in the magazines.. it's not terribly difficult because they are so reactionary.

  a fellow bethelite corrected me on this point when i accused them of being fascists.

  Metatron- good points. It is an example of the "tail wagging the dog". They keep tabs on everything- you woudn't believe the tacking of nmbers and staistics that goes on at Bethel. Ray Franze made reference to it on COC, and I saw it when I was there. They would make you feel guilty if you dropped a plate and broke it when doing dish duty.

  It's all calculated like a politician watching the polls.

  I'm going to try some hypnotherapy to destroy the JW mindset

  i got to try something, i know all you great people have commented previously that you've got to do your time working through it, but i need to try for myself a quick answer, i think that because i got into the jw mindset so easily through my parents, that through a hypnotic state i may be able to destroy the damage due to the gb, and begin my life a new, i will give you updates as to the results, peace to you all!.

  This subject fascinates me and I say good for you Star Tiger. I have used self-hypnosis CDs for years, or autogenic training, and it is very good for relaxation, stess relief, etc. The old "opening your mind to demon atack" thing is silly and has no scriptural basis. If it works, it works.

  PC you are not out of line for asking this, and I think that everyone jumped on you a bit hard, so you obviously hit a nerve. Didn't Lilli have the same experience when she questioned Big Rick about our fake friend Johnny?
