  Its terrifying to find out that something you were taught or believed in your whole life could be a bunch of lies and here you are baptized and everybody you KNOW is baptized and you know the consequences of LEAVING...and you are STUCK. So you lash out at the source that is instilling this fear in you. It's like covering the sun with your finger...if you cant see it maybe it isnt there, despite the glaring LIGHT still coming from it.

  I feel bad for him because he is all of us at one time feeling the panic and the crisis welling up inside of us.

  I appreciate that you are treating him with kindness and I know you will continue to do so. You have his attention and thats a precious commodity.

  1. You speak up and ask an elder why Sister Faithful said to a person at the door that "no we dont believe we know who is going to be in Paradise and that only Jehovah knows" when our literature says if they arent a baptized JW in good standing they WONT be there?

  2. Sleeping with the son of an annointed one and then telling on him and getting his ass and 45 of his co-conspirators...DFd.

  3. Being a pedophile and being so stupid that you got caught and now the elders have to DF you to save face in the papers. If the victim hadnt told the police you could have just been reassigned to another congregation and they could have been rid of you and you could have continued out in service and in good standing and thus....been able to go to Paradise. Idiot

  4. Getting candy out of a snack machine at a District Convention site instead of putting that money into the contribution box.

  5. Being 38 and married and having sex with the 18 year old pioneer you have been so kind as to put up in your house for the summer and getting caught at the hotel when you were supposed to be at pioneer school. Tsk.

  6. Having an affair with the married elder you went to to council you on the problems you were having in your marriage....and getting caught.

  7. Feeding your dog dog food with blood in it.

  8. Not telling the elder FATHER of the son in #2 above WHY his perverted son was DFd even when he threatens you and calls you 24-7 about lacking forgiveness and humility and even though he shows up at the hall every time you are called there to testify again and again against his kid.

  9. Getting your traffic tickets fixed and bragging to your JW friends about it

  10. Owning vanity plates ....on a red hot, pop top two seater sports car with a Fuzz Buster on the dash.

  11. Parking in handicapped spots because "you dont have any handicapped people in your congregation and so why waste the space?"

  12 Running a ring of JWs across the country online who are into S&M and laughing because nobody has a clue at the hall.

  Daughter in Hospital

  my daughter exercised on a bicycle machine and her muscles swelled and caused a rare condition that put her in the hospital.

  i can't remember the name of the condition but it is a serious problem.

  it causes problems with your kidneys and other things.

  Have you heard anything those of you with ears to the Borg still? About the cyclone? The death tolls? The earthquakes? The bombings in the middle east? The economy and gas prices? How WONDERFUL all this bad news is to the JWs because they can "happify" themselves that the "end of the system must be near"??? echo echo echo And they can go door to door now preaching that THEIR way is the ONLY way to get out of all this horror using CNN as their soap box?

  Seriously...I know they are GLOATING about all this. I remember thinking that way too. Bad news in the world is GOOD NEWS to the JWs! I remember even when 9/11 happened...how HAPPY they all were.

  Has anybody looked around lately? What does Satan need to do exactly? We bring our own EVILS on ourselves without some unseen evil force wrecking additional havoc on any body LOL! Puhleeze.

  Satan is sitting in his big red arm chair playing his video games and watching us do all his work for him. Do you honestly think RELIGION is any kind of threat to him? I mean what do people in religions do? They KILL EACH OTHER over their beliefs...so pass the popcorn.

  JW's-mearly shells of human beings-Won't attend High School Graduation

  our daughter is graduating from high school in a couple of weeks.

  my wife and i resigned from the congregation five years ago.

  we have not attended meetings since my daughter was in the third grade.

  My eldest graduated last May. He was never baptized a JW mind you...and I made sure not to make ANY distinction between JWs and non and EXJWs when sending out invites to his graduation party. However, because my mother in law who is DAd was flying down to FL to attend her grandsons graduation party, her DAUGHTER who lives only 28 miles away said she would not go because her MOTHER was going to be there. My mother in laws HUSBAND is an elder and told the daughter to do this! And ...in fact the daughter made a point of taking her entire family 3 hours away so that the mother would not come down to her HOUSE. She made that much of an effort to shun her mother when this celebration was about my SON! WTF???

  The irony of it all was that the elder and his wife who were my best friends and whom I named my kids after and who ADORE my children, flew down from Illinois as well and had NO PROBLEM being at this party for my son. Not only were they warm and gracious to my kids, they were friendly and coureous to me and to my mother in law during their three day stay. We even sat in my living room and watched home movies together they were in with my children and laughed and cried and had a wonderful time.

  Obviously there is a CHOICE that can be made and sometimes its just choosing to be SELFISH and SELF RIGHTEOUS over being a human being.

  Congratulations to your baby girl!! Kudos honey!! Rock on!

  Our CO gave a talk to kids. Stay OUT of school!

  he wanted to talk to the young ones in the congregation.

  the main theme of the talk had to do with avoiding higher education.

  basically the main idea was this: witnesses are losing alot of young people here in the last few years.

  I remember very specifically thinking when I was a JW and my kids were young in the early 90s when they said we shouldnt go to college "Oh GOOD! Now I wont have to even BOTHER to save for my kids education because THEY WONT NEED IT!! Yayyyy!!" and it was pure laziness on my part and had nothing to do with Jehooover. I was just going to blame them not having money for college on my religious beliefs. What a LOSER!!

  The Society is shooting themselves squarely in the foot with this dictate. The DUMBING DOWN of the sheep keeps them POOR and keeps them unable to CONTRIBUTE to the WWW and to even supporting their own kingdoom halls or being able to afford the gas to GET TO the kingdoom halls...and so what have they accomplished? MORE people will stop going to meetings and then more people will stop getting their daily brainwashing and more people will leave. Its not rocket science.

  So I say to the idiots in charge of this Borganization..."Keep up the good work dipwits!"
