by natred inbeing bought up in this sick twisted orginization for many years i sypmathize for all of you who are brainwashed into believing it is the truth.its not!
its an organization full of scared helpless people,social outcasts,freaks,weirdos,power seeking old men,hypocrites and desperate charmless middle aged men attracted purely by the women.
i hear also a large number of peaodaphiles and now murderers?

Widows, orphans, homeless...just so much RIF RAFF that the JWs cannot be bothered with. They would sooner throw a magazine in the general direction of such ones and called it "placed" and brag about giving those needy ones SPIRITUAL food which is as you know, much EASIER to do...requires NO effort and NO love whatsoever. They look down on such ones as that man who was beaten and left on the side of the road in the bible...as someone ELSES mess to clean up, not caring and not wanting to dirty their holy hands on them. They are uncharitable, selfish, self serving and unloving on a WORLDWIDE scale...and when confronted with their lack of charity, will quickly remind you how they "helped out" when Hurrican Andrew hit. Not intentionally of course, but damn they bragged about that for nearly 10 years now. And the sad part is, thats the only example they can come up with.

Im in Florida..this is VERY disturbing to me...that there is someone who has taken REFUGE within the confines of a religious organization knowing that they will not turn him in to the authorities! What makes anybody think this guy wont kill again or HASNT ALREADY killed again??? We owe it to the families of his victims to have him prosecuted if this happened at all. Florida has been known to be a prime place to murder and dump bodies because of the heat here...the evidence rapidly disintigrates.
I want to send this to the police...but not sure if they can receive a Jpeg file.

i recently had a medical scare, went through testing, and scans.
a doctor even called round my house uninvited to give me a hospital appointment!

I believe as in any war there will be casualties on both sides in an effort to overthrow a crooked government or oppressive leadership. As in the case with Pharoah, the more Moses tried to get him to "let his people go" the tighter Pharoah's grip got on the Israelites...the harder their work load as well. But, in doing so, Pharoah also increased the hatred in their hearts for the Egyptians...and made many more aware of the oppression. Until finally their release came.
The people who left this organization prior to the internet probably thought they were the only ones who ever left JEHOVAH...and were alone. They were probably not nearly as empowered as we are here, finding each other, sharing stories, emboldened by our numbers and our knowledge...unafraid of the Wizard Behind The Curtain any more, and were for the most part...silent.
Perhaps the Borg will tighten its grip on the few that are remaining...and I say few because I know that a HUGE number of them stay only because they have family in and are afraid to leave...being held in spiritual blackmail. But the Borg cant continue to say how wonderful they are and how loving and how THEY are the only Christians if they start treating their remaining sheep badly. Its a Catch 22 for them.
The internet hits them where it hurts the most...in the pocket book. The readers of the internet are naturally the industrialized nations who have the money...and when THOSE people leave, it doesnt matter how many third world recruits they bring in from the jungles and the deserts and the gettos...they will be LOSING MONEY. They dont really give a shit about the people anyway...its preservation of the entity, the ORG...that is their primary objective.

Cam...he has made his choice. He is choosing the Jehovahs Witnesses power cult over his relationship with you. With the JWs it doesnt matter if you are doing the dirty or not. He cant A) Have a relationship with a "worldly" (read "under Satans Rule" nonJW) person like yourself, and B) He cant even stay ONE night let alone several no matter what you are or arent doing inside there because it has the "appearance of evil" and is "conduct unbecoming a Christian." The meetings are to make sure that he is understanding beyond a shred of a hint of a doubt that they will be watching him. For him to show true repentance he must kill the fatted lamb for them, and that would be your relationship.
If he has been gone awhile, they may be in fact studying JW indoctrination material with him again...which they often do with people who have been gone awhile to "re-strengthen them spiritually" before allowing them privileges again...those privileges include answering questions at meetings, or speaking at doors or even carrying a microphone, or saying a prayer on behalf of the congregation or book study groups. With this organization they are the supreme being...God has very little to do with it. You play by their rules or they take your family away from you and denounce you as DEAD and FILTH to the rest of the JWs, who in turn must avoid contact with you or be dead and filth themselves.(disfellowshipping)
Flat out it would not be in your best interest to stay with this guy as long as he is a cult groupie. You will ALWAYS be second in his life, as will any children, no matter what you do. And as long as you remain a NON JW you will always be considered as NOTHING...and there will be scant to no invitations to go anywhere as a couple because his friends are not YOUR friends and you and YOUR friends CANT be friends of JWs who are just too damn sexy and holy for their bookbags to associate with the likes of us.
Help him pack his bags, then join a singles club sweety. You deserve better than what I GUARANTEE will come from staying with this guy. You dont get just the guy and and the inlaws in this arrangement...you get the whole congregation and the whole freakin organization in your business for the rest of your life...and I do mean IN your BUSINESS...like them asking him if you ask for oral sex, or if you celebrate holidays, or if he had a vasectomy, or WHY he wasnt at that meeting or WHY he wasnt out going door to door or if YOU are trying to discourage him from going. It will be CONSTANT pressure for him to comply with their rules.
Get out while you can..have pity on him...but dont continue this.

Witness Kids and Disfellowshipped Parents
by tergiversator ini thought i'd share my own experience on the subject (sorry it gets a little long winded!
) and ask how having to shun relatives as a kid affected anyone else here.. disfellowshipping (and disassociation) have been part of my life for as long as i can remember.
when i was six or seven, my dad, after opposing my mother's becoming a witness for several years, had a whirlwind flirtation with the organization and got baptized (as my mom put it, he was so disappointed that nothing special happened when he got baptized that he left the assembly at the lunch break).

Im sure you are out of the Borg, but I feel that you really regret all those years of having little to no contact with your Dad. All the "what if"s Sadness too over the fracture of your family. There are unfortunately, millions of us out here feeling the same way, my friend. Im sure your post helped many of them say, "hey...thats ME."

I felt revulsion when I read this article (and by the way I dont go LOOKING for these, I have a news service that sends them to me)...not because it was a JW per se, nor because of what he was thinking and DOING per se...but because I used to belong to same CLUB this guy did you know? ::::shudder:::: My mother in law used to pray for her nonJW children to somehow die before Armagedoom came so that they would be resurrected because she knew she would never be able to convince them of the "truth" in time! And she is quite sane thank you. And now that she is OUT of the Borganization, she is horrified that she ever thought that way. I guarantee you as a Catholic, she never felt death was mandatory to salvation. People look at the Borg thinking as a way to escape their own tortuous existences...Ive noted that they especially believe that the seriously ill, the retarded, the physically handicapped will be so much better off when the "Paradise" comes that they push it along waaaay too much..building such incredible false hopes in these poor souls that any MINUTE now Jehovah is gonna swoop down and make everything better if they just keep writing those letters from their wheelchairs and keeping their time up.
We were all a hop skip and a jump from where this poor wacko ended up.
