Have you ever read the book by Patricia Cornwell called "Unnatural Exposure" ?
I just finished it and was amazed by how much of a threat smallpox would be to us here as almost no one has been annoculated for this since the 1960's.
Maes you wonder just what could erradicate us.

Emily is Sick and in the hospital.
by Undecided inbad news again.
my little grand daughter has the pneumonia and other viral infections and is very ill and in the hospital.
this really hurts.

Wey Hey An Invitation To Meet PRINCE CHARLES

an invitation to travel upto london on the 26th of february to meet prince charles at the opening ceremony of the bromley by bow centre at which lord peyton will also be in attendance.. really, really looking forward to it.
the invitation came through from the community action network, can't wait, wey heyyyyyyy!!.

Counted Cross Stitch...
well - thats just a sampleing..I also cook..do home canning...

THE ELDERS JUST CALLED US, NEED HELP
by ARoarer inthe elders just called us.
one called and another one got on the phone first to ask if my husband would meet with them.
my husband told them he had nothing to say, and if they are going to make any announcement from the platform that slanders our name in any way we will sue them personally, and if we do meet with them we would only do it if our lawyers come and to tell jr brown and mario marino to come also.

west st. paul police are looking for suspects who shot three holes into windows at a jehovah's witnesses hall last week.
people in the building heard shots about 8:30 p.m. wednesday and saw a midsize newer car with a rounded body speed away, west st. paul police chief terry cook said.

thats a bit neat - and shows the diffrences in the US..in Pa when the old cong. I was in went to start the plans for a new hall - they had no windows in it..
I felt it was to keep the persons attendind from being known..so to speak...it was one of the things I had a problem with..Oh well... -

by hillary_step ini wish to present three situations that are true to life and open up a discussion on these different scenarios and how would would personally act toward them.. 1) a 75 year old person has been a jw for the past 40 years.
most of their friends are jws.
they look forward to the fellowship at the meetings and though the congregation is far from perfect, they are pleased with the fact that they have a purpose in life.

I would think that instead of trying to show them what is wrong with their religon - I'd do the opposite...
I'd make freinds with them and show them instead of just telling them..
this way they would have to start questioning on their own..
and gently explain when the questions come up eventually..
kind-of using the Borg's lessons on how to talk to householders against them..
The persons you describe are dependent on the congregations..
to free them from that is what is needed....
not lectures..
jut my thoughts..

Braindead Journalists!

here is an exaple of a guy who should be fired for being absolutely hopeless!.

Just another thing that costs the members of the country more..wonder how the "loving congregations" would feel knowing that they are causing many who need to have surgery to be passed over so they can champion their cause??
I guess it just infuriates me to know that because of the blood issue - my daughter went through a week of tests to determine what was wrong with her - and they overlooked the real cause due to the bloodissue!!! She was transfused 1 unit - a fact tha a Dr. in another hospital stated was unnessisary if they would have realised she had E. Coli to begin with..
She almost died..all due to the Blood issue...
Yet they allow certain parts of the blood to be given - as antibodies and such...
i don't remember the verse in the bible saying you could take it apart..hummm......Sorry - this upset me and I had to vent..

I thought they were not building Kingdom halls with windows in them any more???
I imagine this is an older hall??
something about the expense and time needed to help streemline for quick builds>>If I remember coreectly..
