Do you agree with the Bible's definition of wickedness?
What! Do you not know that unrighteous persons will not inherit God’s kingdom? Do not be misled. Neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor men kept for unnatural purposes, nor men who lie with men, nor thieves, nor greedy persons, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners will inherit God’s kingdom. And yet that is what some of you were. But you have been washed clean, but you have been sanctified, but you have been declared righteous in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ and with the spirit of our God. 1 Corinthians 6:9-11
Turn away from what is bad and do what is good, And so reside to time indefinite. For Jehovah is a lover of justice, And he will not leave his loyal ones. To time indefinite they will certainly be guarded; But as for the offspring of the wicked ones, they will indeed be cut off. The righteous themselves will possess the earth, And they will reside forever upon it. Psalm 37:27-29

The truth of the matter is you don't get disfellowshipped for ceasing meeting attendance nor does anyone attend congregation meetings if they have no desire to be there. It's possible you absorbed some paranoia visiting apostate websites. Aside from that, your post is ludicrous. I have doubts you attend meetings at all. If I'm wrong, next time there's a meeting, stay home and watch TV. There were times when I temporarily quit attending meetings. The consequences weren't similar to credit harassment. I received a few phone calls from concerned friends which I appreciated. If they completely ignored my absence they wouldn't be friends. So quit being retarded and do your own thing.

I would describe the Watchtower's Disfellowshipping as truly merciless
by sabastious inthoughout my life i have seen many take the walk of shame that is disfellowshipping.
i have never been df'ed, but i have had many experiences reading the faces of newly df'ed ones.. their faces are always the same.
defeated by a foe that they never had a chance with in the beggining; a raping so-to-speak.

"Have you been disfellowshipped, superspook? And if so, did your family and friends shun you?"
Yes. Some family members wouldn't associate with me, some would. It wasn't the “end of the world” as I got reinstated within a year. I have a disfellowshipped cousin that could give a plugged nickel about family that are Jehovah's Witnesses. She knows the door is always open if she chooses to return to the Truth. For the time being, other things are more important for her than anything to do with family that are Jehovah's Witnesses.

In my experience in dealing with disfellowshipping, the disfellowshipping arrangement doesn't in anyway match the criteria you described. For starters, we live in a cold world where people turn their back on each other all the time because a person has no value to another person. This is not the case amongst Jehovah's Witnesses. The disfellowshipped person is highly esteemed in the Christian congregation and their reinstatement is greatly desired. You compared the arrangement with the criminal justice system where there are no second chances. Even if the person is sorry and intends not to repeat the offense, they're still subject to criminal prosecution if deemed guilty in a court of law. If we lived in a perfect world, there would be no need for prisons and the disfellowshipping arrangement. Until that day arrives, the Christian congregation is far more merciful than the secular criminal justice system where a prisoner is in no way guaranteed a welcome back into society as in the Christian congregation.

How could Jesus be ruling the world since 1914 yet Satan is the ruler of the world?
by yadda yadda 2 injuly 2011 awake (p.5) says: the ruler of this world.
the bible states: the whole world is lying in the power of the wicked one.
(john 12:31; 1 john 5:19) that wicked one is satan the devil, a powerful spirit creature who is described as the ruler of the authority of the air.

The beginning of Jesus’ rule would not be marked by immediate peace on the earth. Revelation 12:7-12 shows that just after receiving Kingdom power, Jesus would oust Satan and his demons from heaven. This would mean woe for the earth, but the Devil has only “a short period of time” left. During this short period of time, the earth's dominion is divided and Satan only exercises dominion over those that are spiritually blind.
If, now, the good news we declare is in fact veiled, it is veiled among those who are perishing, among whom the god of this system of things has blinded the minds of the unbelievers, that the illumination of the glorious good news about the Christ, who is the image of God, might not shine through. 2 Corinthians 4:3-4
Others take refuge in God's Kingdom, in Jehovah's dominion.
Anyone dwelling in the secret place of the Most High Will procure himself lodging under the very shadow of the Almighty One. Psalm 91:1 -

In general, what is the ethically correct response if a minor tells you someone is molesting him/her?
by InterestedOne ini was thinking about what the elders are trained to do versus what i personally would do if a minor confided in me that someone was molesting him/her.
i'm not sure what the ethically correct first response should be.
my first thought is to contact some kind of law enforcement that specializes in investigating situations like this with people experienced in getting to the truth of the matter.

The age of a minor depends upon jurisdiction and application, but is typically under the age of 16, 18, or 21. A child is always a minor, but a minor isn't a child if they're 16 years of age or older. Children don't tell the elders about abuse, they would tell their parents. If a parent is the perpetrator, a child would tell someone that's around often, like a friend of the family provided there is one and the child is old enough to know the abuse is wrong. Many times a child will put the incident out of their mind and the memories become suppressed. Children don't go to the elders with this type of information, it's individuals that are age 16+. The victim interviewed by Bill Bowen on Dateline was 16 years of age when she alerted the elders. The policy you're quoting from more-less applies to adults.

According to the watchtower, it looks like we have a disability.
by man in black ini have heard quite a bit about the july 15th watchtower magazine on this sie.
so i went and downloaded it and read several of the articles.. page 16 paragraph 6 states : "well, apostates are mentally diseased, and they seek to infect others with their disloyal teachings".
how horrible, they seem to know sooo much about menal health !.

The principle in the statement from that Watchtower article is taken from here.
Keep on teaching these things and giving these exhortations. If any man teaches other doctrine and does not assent to healthful words, those of our Lord Jesus Christ, nor to the teaching that accords with godly devotion, he is puffed up [with pride], not understanding anything, but being mentally diseased over questionings and debates about words. From these things spring envy, strife, abusive speeches, wicked suspicions, violent disputes about trifles on the part of men corrupted in mind and despoiled of the truth, thinking that godly devotion is a means of gain. 1 Timothy 6:2-5
http://niv.scripturetext.com/1_timothy/6.htm
If anyone teaches false doctrines and does not agree to the sound instruction of our Lord Jesus Christ and to godly teaching, he is conceited and understands nothing. He has an unhealthy interest in controversies and quarrels about words that result in envy, strife, malicious talk, evil suspicions and constant friction between men of corrupt mind, who have been robbed of the truth and who think that godliness is a means to financial gain. 1 Timothy 6:2-5—New International Version
During the first century, the principle alternative to Christianity that the first century Christians had to contend with was orthodox Judaism. Here, a line is drawn between wealthy Jews and Christians of little means.
“And to the angel of the congregation in Smyr′na write: These are the things that he says, ‘the First and the Last,’ who became dead and came to life [again], I know your tribulation and poverty—but you are rich—and the blasphemy by those who say they themselves are Jews, and yet they are not but are a synagogue of Satan. Revelation 2:8-9
1 Timothy 6:2-5 applies primarily to those that have dissented to commercialized false religion. It's not referring to an actual mental illness.
