I've never seen this scripture quoted in the WT

i suppose that would mean it's ok to go eat with unbelievers?.

It does inadvertenly seem to pose some issues for the JW teachings. I wonder how they would explain it away? Maybe if your bible study invites you to stay for dinner? And does that mean it is ok to eat meat that wasn't bled properly as long as you don't ask?

If it was me, I would kind of hope that they made some pot brownies but didn't tell me.

last night i was watching the secret elder's video about the jw who sleeps with a worldly women and i could not stop laughing.. when i was 17 i thought that all worldly women would sleep with anyone, i remember a beautiful neighbor who i tried to kiss and she just flat out said no.

i tried twice to make out with this girl and i just could not understand why she would not say yes .

she did not have an aquarium.... .

The Watchtower writers seem to think that every worldly woman is some kind of horny promiscuous harlot hanging around bars or hovering around the office water cooler just waiting to seduce some innocent male JW

Here's three Aquarium dream interpretations I found searching google. They seem oddly fitting.

Another interpretation of this dream, a common one, in fact, is that you have powerful feelings about something or someone but are refusing to acknowledge or confront them.

"a friend of a friend" applied to go to an international convention this year.. they have not heard anything about whether they were accepted or not.. but recently, they received this e-mail:.

according to our records, you applied and were approved by your body of elders to be a delegate to international conventions outside of the united states, but were not selected.

Pistoff I had to re-read that a couple times because my first reaction was the same as yours. But it looks more like they referring rooms for those who are financially needy, not people who are handicapped.

It does seem a bit ambiguous, maybe they are trying to say no handicapped people without actually saying it. If that were the case I would imagine they could be in some sort of legal trouble or at least get some nasty press from the ACLU.

They obviously made some sort of deal with the hotels if they have to stay in an aproved hotel for the whole 6 days.

while the us desperately tries to start wars in syria, iran and the ukraine, china ignores it all and keeps getting stronger.

I don't really understand why we are in all the wars we are in lately but as for the high speed trains, I wouldn't set foot in one of those if it was built inside the USA. I would never feel safe. We are too concerned with profits over doing things right. Just look at the Ted Williams Tunnel in Boston. Not to mention we can't even keep our 1950s style trains on the tracks. It would never be profitable anyway, we love are cars too much.
