a friend of mine recommended i peruse this forum because he is of the impression i would find it rewarding.
the basis of his recommendation was due to a very long friendship and not due to any association (that i do not have) with jehovahs witnesses.
he considers me his superior in intellect and wants an appraisal of this sight but to be honest i have neither the incliniation nor the time to get in deep enough to comment.

I will try to help you. As one intellect to another? This site has a section called rated threads, it is located at the top os this page under the little castle looking thingy. It is yellow with little blue writing. There you will find the postings that have drawn the most attention, and can view them in a quick format.
Since you haven't even asked what a troll is, I am guessing that you have been here or on a site like this one before?

Yes I was re-instated after a little over a year, 1964. They really struggled with my DF'ing for some reason, my Dda was an elder at the time and he still hasn't made it clear why the final decision was to DF me? Two congregations were involved and the District Overseer had met with all of us several times.

I have a hard time with the fact that a twelve year old was brought into a judicial setting with multiple elders?

I was in front of the committee for many trips. Disfellowshipped when I was eighteen, publicly reproved when I was 27. I just couldn't get it out of my head that I didn't need to go amd tell them what I was doing?
All totaled probably thirty times give or take? When you go before them they will dig and try to find out other things that you are doing.
This arrangement is almost a criminal act??

What really scares me is the many interviews that were done with kids and followers of the Moslem faith after 9-11. I watched many times to catch any of these people showing any s ympathetic feelings for the US or allies? In every single case I saw them almost worship this murderous Osama Bin Ladin?
During WWII the US packed up almost all of the Japanese families in camps, because of fear that they would amass some kind of internal attack. I believe that these, ( Moslems ), people are for the most part are against everything that America stands for, and country should re-think their position of Moslems in the US?
The Moslems condem the US as a group for simple things that we all do everyday. Women showing their face in public, the way America worships, and many other things we consider freedoms, the openly sexual content of our add campaigns, etc. Yet, the first thing they offer their martyrs is 25 virgins inthe afterlife, yikes they scare the hell out of me!
If nukes are used all bets are off? The US with their allies I am sure will do something much more drastic then they put together in the Gulf War or Afganistan. All out nuclear war is not completely out of the question if something like this article describes were to happen?

If the US were to fall suddenly, the entire world would be set up for a period of famine and problems that none of us can comprehend. Sometimes I play games on the computer and and this site and watch TV all at the same time. Ionly found oiut in the last few months that I could open MS explorer muliple times, I have had it opened seven different places on the web at the same time. I salso have MSN explorer, I originally got it so I could go to two places and then wow I am all over the place...

I have had an alcohol problem for years. I have tried to blame it on the Org. They certainly have to admit their share of guilt? I think I am just a weak piece of crap.....anyway...
I have had many health problems from the abuse. First I had stomach problems for ten years. I tried to think that the alcohol isn't causing this problem, but when I would ease up for only a day or two the symtoms would go away?
In the last few months I have a big foot pain problem. The doctors say it is from the alcohol abuse for many years. The medical term is peripheral neuropathy. I also have some problems with my hands but the foot pain thing is pretty rough. No one thinks about their feet until everytime you stand up they hurt like hell. This problem is caused by the depletion of vitiamin B-6 from the body from the constant alcohol use.
The foot problem has compeled me to stop drinking, November 9th, 2002, is two months for me?
Well, show her my story and maybe it will help. Although if she is deeply affected it probably won't help, only AA or some kind of life altering event will stop her?
I believe that JW's have more than their share of alcohol related problems with very little help offered the members. I have many friends cureently involved and X-JW buddies that suffer from alcohol related abuse.
Just pray and it will go away......YIKES...
