  I have never heard or seen a case where someone was disfellowshipped for accepting alternative service, transplants or practicing oral sex.

  the JW misuse of disfellowshipping many times makes invalid Jesus’ restoration examples of the Prodical Son and the Shepard leaving the 99 sheep to reclaim the one.

  Thi: It is not a misuse, they are forbidding the fellowship of the brotherhood for impenitent wrongdoers. The illustration of the Prodigal Son, he chose to not fellowship with the family while he was involved in wrongdoing. Did he not go off to a very far place? But when he returned and the father sees him from far away, what does he see in his son? Does the son's actions show repentance? That is the point to that illustration that Jesus gave.

  out of 24. people for the 4 month gilead school, why are there.

  on the average only 2 blacks in each class?

  I don't think they discriminate. Gilead students are chosen from around the globe. Lately, each class has had 1 couple from Japan. According to US laws for official schools, a certain number of couple have to be from the U.S., the rest can be foreigners. Couples that speak a second language have a greater chance to attend, specially those that speak spanish or french. Being black is not issue. fyi...Gilead school lasts 20 weeks.

  By "society in general" I did not mean the WTBTS, I meant people in general as in nonJWs also.

  I don't know the details on witnesses and all that, I just heard of the reason for disfellowshipping. I don't know if the young man was disfellowshipped also.

  during a talk a brother referred to the men at the gatse of the cities of refuge as 'elders' to 'judge.

  I don't believe that they are saying Circuit Overseers are apostles. They are comparing the work they do to that of Paul, Silas and others that travelled and visited the congregations. They visit congragations to encourage their brothers and sisters.
