  after living a life where individualism and almost everything else is wrong, you kinda go crazy with excitement when you finally can be yourself.

  i guess that's why i started to run crazy with ideas and had such a burning desire to change myself and to find myself and to figure out who i was and now who i should be.

  i wanted to be in stark contrast to the org.

  Im trying to move on, but I am having issues.

  When your family is dug in deep and their head is up their ass, it makes it tough to move on.

  i don't recall self depracation or witty remarks within the witnesses.

  everything was always so heavy.

  i suspect that a person with wit, despecially dry wit, would find themselve in trouble.

  DF ones can now choose where to sit...New WT Policy

  aug wt q and a has now stated that any df'd person can sit with anyone, anywhere at a congregation meeting.. before, they had to sit at the back of the hall.

  Is this true? Don't Call 911 If The Guy In The Next Seat Falls Ill at The DC?

  this from a recent thread: .

  "recent ridiculous instructions about not calling 9-1-1 yourself at district conventions if someone is having a heart attack but, instead, telling an attendant, who is supposed to let the first aid department know so they can come and assess the person and then call the paramedics.".

  i hadn't heard this before.... sadly, it seems in perfectly in character for them.

  onsite first aid staff is well qualified to deal with emergency and even life or death situations by the bigger numbers filled out on a cheap grayish lined piece of paper by the 5th day of the new month so reports get sent quickly to WT HQ.....

  JW's are refrigerator magnets.......

  wt has deified the a/c outlet as "god".

  the cord carrying power from the outlet to the refrigerator is the "gb" .

  the inner workings that make the freezer and cooler, well...."cold" are the legal dept, writing dept, and to save ink, the wt "bureaucracy" that stores and dispenses "food at the proper time".... and the body of the refridgerator which insulates and embodies all the contents of said refigerator is the "organization".... loyal jw's simply need to "stick" themselves somewhere on the refrigerator, or "organization" wherever there is room, and salvation is assured.. so its a large refrigerator, because some 7 million have affixed themselves to the "organization" or "cooler of salvation"........ but as you look on the floor, several have fallen off, and more have been peeled off by wt df / shunning policy.. so watch your step, someone may get trampled!.

  A few months ago an older one in the cong finished his 5 min #3 talk with the following:

  "...brothers, have LOVE for the organization"........

  I just was stunned by the overt display of cult verbage on display.....i bet he got a good grade on his talk.. A- maybe

  Maybe he represents many who are a fridge magnet that is turned with the printed side toward the steel door so they can lip kiss and dry hump the "organization" door

  but even if the WT "machine" was unplugged, many would still cling to an "imagined" organization and try to keep it going somehow.

  maybe it would be equated to filling a cooler to keep things preserved

  a persecuted JW still tries to keep the illusion going
