hi, this site is a lot of things however i joined to be proactive and do something in regards in my assessment to add the finishing touches on the takedown!
i feel like my sister and mom are captives of this organization downright crazy hype for pills talking stupid giggling at dumb sh... and the list goes on and on.. .
so as much as i am entertained from time to time by the very true and sometimes comments made, anyone having a full observation of the dynamics to any degree of this organ will we have a focus concentrated job to do.. .
Oh ok, then start a thread here with what you want to discuss, we have some great minds on here, sizemilk, punkofnice, blondie to name a few and they are knowledgeable (did i spell that right) and you will find balanced two sided discussions.

but this time they really amp it up with the relating themselves with jesus.
and why are they still such cowards.
In short, they are seeing for themselves that they are "knockers" that built themselves up and are slowly crumbling
Do not think, do not question and do not look at us but do as you are told as we are trying to figure out what we are supposed to be doing

Amazing cos in Britain they are actually given a tax gift each year and are willing to take it even though they pay nothing
WOuldn't you think during the economic downturn they would be saying " no Jehovah will give us what we need". Nope! They take the benefit with no trouble but complain when they are taxed and told to pay.
Amazingly if R and F failed to file their taxes or pay them per law, they would have a nice little meeting with the Elders for doing so

as you all know i am not the sharpest tool in the ice box, the old lady is!.
can anyone tell me if it is in the elders book that is says if an elder commits serious sin doesnt report it and is found out, but, has the respect of the congregation it is assumed it is forgiven?.
also, one comment i read states that elders were told to destroy certain files when the data protection act came out in britain, what were those files and does anyone know anything about it?.
I just dont get it, some people may be grieved deeply that they have sinned but realize that the relationship they have is between them and Jehovah and not the org.
I used to ask elders what it is that they are saying when they decide if you are repentant? Are the assuming to know the mind of God? Not even Jesus said he understood all the Jehovah stood for as he was in subjection to the father.
to allow Edler to hypocritically serve in some cases even on JC's to judge a brother when they themselves have committed sin is in my view a sin against the spirit. they openly state that the spirit would be drawn away from the congregation when someone within sins and does not confess

in the ten years or so since we (bigmouth and one of twelve) left the wts i've sometimes wondered about our family members and their children who might have also left and felt isolated.. i'm thinking of some big families and extended families particularly the preece's, collards, keoghan's, gibbes and tocher's.. if you know any of these families why not post here and say hello.

I am in the UK visiting after many years and was shocked at how many big families are no longer witnesses.
They were the ones who ruled the congo at the time, oh her she's married to him who is the brother of him who is the unlce of her etc

i'm one of the new guys here, but i had a question that's been bugging me for a while.. i've heard it said quite a number of times that the wtbts did more for the black rights movement in the 60's, than both martin luther king and malcom x. is there any evidence of this?.
i understand that recently they have made brought some changes to religious freedoms in places like russia, but i seem to remember that the watchtower at one point proclaimed that black people would be 'cleansed' and made white in the new system.
so to me it sounds rather fallacious.. cheers,.
I think it was in Russell times he made the 'cleanse" comments.
The civil rights thing related to the practise of religion and door to door preaching.
As for Russia they have fought and sued the government to be allowed to be registered as a religion they won in ECHR but Russia still does not allow much of them.
The civil right fight does not extend to the congregation where you have no rights to do anything, amazingly they as a corporation will fight when they want their rights but deny them to the rank and file......that is why so many countries are now banning or watching them closely.

Hi there, this is truthseeker1969 wife, I am a social worker who works with the state of florida and in nursing homes and long term care homes.
What truly concerns me is the nursing facility accussing you of essentially fraud and if you have this in writing then this will be something you can use to defend yourself in any court. Even if they had conclusive evidence that any type of fraud had been committed they are never under any circumstances invited to state such.
It seems that the facilities your Mother was in are not following the rule of law when it comes to communication and following the HIPPA requirements. At no time is e-mail to be used to forward medical or welfare information to anyone since it is never guaranteed that the person reading it is the person to whom it was intended.
You said that you were told that you owed them $24000.00 for care for four months. Unless you signed a form stating that you would be lieable for all the incurred bills there is nothing that can be done to recover this from you and indeed again they had no right telling you that you should pay it.
There seems to have been a number of violations if your Mothers riights and yours and I would advise you to contact the states ombudsman in your state the number to which is posted clearly in the facility. They will work with you and on your behalf to correct what has been done and work at finding suitable state facilities that your mother can go to.
Just as a side note, they should have taken your mothers pension or monies when she was first admitted which is a matter of course so you may be able to recover any money you paid out.
