  Tec, please don't invent a new meaning for faith, personal to you. That makes the bible invalid to anyone but YOU and YOUR ideas x

  If facts and faith were the same thing there would be no need for two words. Faith is an assured EXPECTATION for things HOPED for.

  Jesus said having faith the size of a mustard grain, this indicates a belief based on inner consideration and inepretation not evidence, I believe the moon exists 100% because of the evidence, mustard grain sized belief ,or any size of faith on the spectrum on belief is irrelevant if it is a KNOWN FACT. It is a contradiction. Jesus was clearly talking about a spectrum, a spectrum of belief dependant on personal reasonings, not evidence.

  Faith the size of a mustard grain in science ,would lead to terrible science if faith = evidence/knowledge. Jesus was clearly saying even if you believe in me a little then that is a lot.... why ? Because it takes a lot of faith to believe in him even a little bit.... WHY ? ????? Because it is illogical and there is no evidence. The people of his time didn't even believe him, they killed him. Before you make excuses why, humans back then were the same as humans now.... if you saw a man healing people, ressurecting people, teaching new ideas, who when died led to a huge storm which destroyed the temple and ALL the dead of Jerusalem came out their tombs and were walking the streets.... Would you still say "probably a hoaxer?"

  It is nonsensical! Hence you gotta have......faith faith faith !

  It just tells me that branches worldwide are filtering points for cash to Brooklyn=. If you read the 2011 charity returns the IBSA say they think it is beneficial for their members to send its reserves and the large donations to a sister charity in America.

  I would love to pay a team of forensic accountants to follow the dollars....

  The bible condemns Christian religions that teach, Wait!

  know where in the bible will you find christian religions being condemned for teaching the trinity or hell fire doctrines, but you will find jesus condemning those that come as messiah's or christs (both mean anointed) and declaring 'the time is near'.

  you will also find paul cursing anyone that preaches a gospel different then the apostles preached as well as cursing those that change or add to the bible.

  oh darn jw's thats you, you fit the bill in all of these!!!!!!

  i knew that with others most likely waiting for them out in the car they probably did not then have much time to engage in any serious conversation.

  so i let them talk while i feigned interest in what they had to say.

  god did not make life in a simple form and allow it to evolve into more complex forms.

  instead, he created basic kinds of complex plants and animals, which then reproduced according to their kinds.

  ( genesis 1:11, 21, 24 ) this process, which continues today, has resulted in the earth being filled with the same kinds of life that god originally created.. the bible does not specify how much variation can occur within a kind, as might result when animals within a kind interbreed and adapt to their environment.
