  modern morals.

  Humankind banning suh hate speech as homophobia, apostate labeling and the dehumanising disfellowship rule.

  We need someone with money to take the disfellowsip doctrine to the EU court of human rights and show that JW's are denying freedom of worship with this rule. They punish those who choose to believe otherwise. Ironically, the JW's are well known to this court, fighting for THEIR religious freedom. Hypocritical, two faced , inhumane sheep.

  Relocation of UK Bethel

  i heard a rumour that the uk hq is moving from mill hill in london to a location in essex near chelmsford.

  explanation being that it's closer to the transport networks.

  anyone know anymore?.

  Having been to bethel and requiring medical treatment before I left, I got to see the medical setup.

  They have a female GP, an elders wife. They have a dentist that they pay to come in. They have a dentist room and a GP suite.

  They ALSO had a massage room where a french overseers wife would do massages. I kid you not.

  Here is the best bit, unbeknown to me, I damaged my back in a car accident on way to a quick build. It got worse. So at bethel, the GP sent me to this massage sister. But under the strictest confidence that I dont tell other bethelites that there was one. It was strictly for the older ones at bethel I was told.

  So trust me, the 'older ones' are the overseers. They are basically using religious donations to give themself private healthcare in a country with free health care. That is money well spent .

  It doesn't say, medical facilities for workers, it says a hospital floor for older members. There is NOT a fleet of OAP JW's at bethel. There are hundreds of misguided teens and young, geeky (yes I was) JW guys, a few couples who can't afford to leave and then the Overseers, who now must be betwen age 55-77+.

  new essex bethel plans include.... "its accommodation, predominantly for young members, would resemble a university campus but "nicer".

  erghhhh..... don't become a lawyer or an engineer, a doctor or a nurse or a teacher.... come spend 3 years working for us at our factory for free.

  look we have wifi...(no porn!).

  Erghhhh..... Don't become a lawyer or an engineer, a doctor or a nurse or a teacher.... come spend 3 years working for us at our factory for free. Look we have wifi...(no porn!). Come work for us for 3 years and you won't leave us with any debt! (or prospects)

  p.s. My Campus was awesome, I think they underestimate university life and the buildings are some of the nicest I have had the privelage to learn in. Here is my favourite builing on Campus and I will always be greatful for learnng so much inside this beautiful building.

  It deters parasites from the plant and provides s protective layer... so evolution.

  unless god designed a plant to kill other life that seek to eat the plant to survive...... thats a screwy god, he'd probably design...tsunamis too!

  Who Made The Code?

  a few weeks ago, discoveries were made that show that there is another dna code language that rides on top of the already incredibly complex 4-letter code previously discovered.

  this newly discovered code apparently regulates how genes work.

  as i noted in a previous thread, the amount of data storage available in the dna storage system just the size of a pin-head would filll a stack of books stacked from your driveway to the moon .... 500 times!

  I could do with some help please?

  so the elder i studied with called round last wednesday.

  i didn't tell him i'd lost my faith, i just said there are a number of reasons i wouldn't be able to return to either my studies or the meetings.

  he asked me whar 2 or 3 of my reasons are so we could discuss them.. my reply: 1 i think all christians should partake of the bread and wine.

  Chris, I don't believe in the bible at all, but I think leaving the JW's is a healthy step, with that in mind.

  GO back and ask the elder

  Do you believe we should immitate the last supper as jesus told us to?

  Next, ask who were the first anointed, he will say the people in the upper room in 33 CE, when the spirit came down and 'anointed' them with fire on their heads and they spoke in tongues. This is JW doctrine.

  This was well after jesus died. So when he broke the bread and wine and said keep doing this..... it was to a room full of non anointed people.

  The first 'memorial' was of non anointed and that was the guide for how it should be done.

  Wait for an answer, for every EXCUSE he makes, ask, are you not offering a different memorial setting than the one jesus had written in the bible for us?

  To appease my conscience, when you eventually leave, please come back and ask about evoluion :P deal? ha ha xx
