  Does anyone here workout on a regular basis?

  i just wanted to get a little dialog going with some of the members here who workout.

  i know reborn works out quite a bit and i've been doing fairly well as of recently in getting back into a regular exercise regimine.

  so far i've worked out everyday for the past 17 days, i usually try to do weight training at least 3-4 times a week and i usually do some cardio everyday.

  I bike between 50 and 100 miles a week, plus some weight training. 6' 1'', 260 lbs. - mostly solid

  my fiancee & i are off to the montreal area this weekend - l' ile bizard.

  visiting some non-jw, non-ex-jw friends we met in jamaica a few years back on a different vacation.

  My fiancee & I are off to the Montreal area this weekend - L' Ile Bizard. Visiting some non-JW, non-Ex-JW friends we met in Jamaica a few years back on a different vacation. Anyone here nearby? I'm bringing my bike, to take advantage of (what I hear) is an area know for great cycling - so I can maybe do a meet&greet. Also going to try to catch some of the Montreal Jazz Festival! I'll be back on July 9.

  kent steinhaugh has this time made a great finale with his very honest and wholehearted explanation of his reasons to leave the watchtower observer administration.

  from the deep of my heart, i do admire and respect people like him.. .

  i hope all members of the board take a time to digest the subliminal, yet obvious message this great character of our era has had the courage to send to the world of those who know his work and dedication.

  on 2 recent occasions i have been joined for breakfast by 2 separate individuals, both ex-witnesses.

  stunningly - to me anyway - both were absolutely appalled when, for my "choose any 7 items for 1.99" brekky i opted to include black sausage.

  just love the way those black bits mix into the egg-yolk, mmm!

  i want to wish everyone a happy juneteenth.

  some of you are probably are scratching your heads and wondering, "what the hell is juneteenth?

  african-american slaves in texas never found out that they were free until june 19, 1865 which is a little over a year and a half after the emancipation proclaimation as signed by then president lincoln.

  Actually, the folks in Galveston didn't hear about the Emancipation Proclamation until 2 1/2 years after it was signed by Lincoln:

  when i was 27 my brother held a bucks night party for my first marriage and we went to a strip joint.

  de rigeure for the boys bucks night.

  it was all a bit of a none event, so next night he brought around drugs to my house, marijuana.

  hehe.. i posted a while back about my former boss trying to lure me to work for him and offering me $32,000 a year.

  my current salary is $30,000.

  he is now offering me $36,000, a $1,500 sign-on bonus in cash, full health and free parking at the inner habror in baltimore.

  FREE PARKING AT THE INNER HARBOR? GO FOR IT!

  My fiancee is from Baltimore, Hon - & I love that town! Parking can be a real pain in the Harbor area on weekends - I know it's worse during the workdays.
