SS - I'm glad you have a cat. My lil tiger is named Beaster and he is beating the odds. Over half a year ago I had his grave dug and the date set to put him down. We went in to say our good byes and there he was, jumping up on the counter and being himself. All he was given was fluids to hold him the night. He has feline lukemia, but you wouldn't know it. He's been with me for over a decade and is very much my guardian angel. At night he gets as close to my face as I'll let him - then reaches his paws up for me to hold, and we fall asleep that way.
I don't have anyone to turn to in my area either - so I am extremely thankful for my two dogs and two cats. Each of them has taught me a great deal.
What's your kitty's name?
hugs, Mimilly
