  Those of you in relationships, when your partner gets clingy, is it flattering, irritating? How do you deal with it?

  i'm just curious as i'm on the outside looking in when it comes to relationships, yet i recall undercover explaining to me a year or so ago on another thread how his wife was clingy one morning before he went to work.

  it made me wonder as someone who's single, what do you feel when you need to be somewhere and your significant other is clingy at the moment?

  or when your out and about and he/she is clingy, is it flattering, irritating?

  A Brother Died At Bethel

  i got a text from my mom when i got into work today saying that a brother i've known for a while had died.

  he was a bethelite and they found him dead in his room.

  he was the same age as me.

  my name is michelle and from the age of 3 i was brought up one of jw.

  my parents became witnesses whilst in germany when my father was stationed there with the british army.

  we then came back to england where i lived in darwen, lancashire, and attended darwen, bolton and blackburn congregations over the next 18 years.

  We're almost same age and my mom became a JW when I was 3. As far as writing to your parents, gosh my beloved, taken from my personal experience with my mom and other JW relatives, they don't care, it seems that their heart turned to one of stone, they have lost that natural bond/love, in many cases it was never developed or was twarted with that cult's indoctrination.

  I am sure you are a better person and way better mother to your children than your mom was to you; and that's A LOT to be thankful for and proud of. Keep on building upon that. Be victorious and empowered that you are not like them. You broke that cycle. They harmed you for a while but they didn't destroy you. Keep shining your LIGHT upon them (in spirit, mentally), dark forces hate the light, they couldn't stand against you and they never will ...

  let the honest-hearted person compare the kind of preaching of the gospel of the kingdom done by the religious systems of christendom during all the centuries with that done by jehovahs witnesses since the end of world war i in 1918. they are not one and the same kind.

  that of jehovahs witnesses is really gospel, or good news, as of gods heavenly kingdom that was established by the enthronement of his son jesus christ at the end of the gentile times in 1914.

  Billions of people around the world for centuries woke up and wake up every day after a good night of sleep ... that's a TRUE miracle too. Here in Houston almost 5 people gets kill everyday, which means that for the other 2+ million people thanks God we are "m iraculously" safe/spared.

  It is always good to see that people don't get killed in any accidents, but this HAPPENS ALL AROUND THE WORLD EVERY MINUTE OF THE DAY, whether you are black or white, Hindu, Catholic, Buddhist, JWs, Mormon, rapist, murderer, thieve, liar ... I myself have had close calls BUT it is not because you belong to a certain protected group by "God". God is good to EVERYBODY, but JWs believe that they are SO SPECIAL and good things only happen to them ... LOL!!! What I like about being a Christian now is that I know that God LOVES YOU HIS CREATION ...

  The LORD is good to all,
  And His mercies are over all His works ( Psalm 145:9 ).
