You guys have to admit that even if the test is a bit screwed, it gives you a few good questions to think about doesn't it? Really, if you study sociology you soon recognize that small lies are an essential part of our everyday world. We don't want to burden other people with how we feel sometimes so we tell a small lie and say we are okay, or whatever. Few of us really delight in hurting others feelings and even fewer of us guys will answer our sweetie if she asks us: Do you think this makes me look fat?
But do all the small lies equal one biggie? We see people lie on their posts in here. Which is rather amazing if you ask me because of the "paper trail" that comes back to bite you in the ass. I really haven't figured out the motive for lies like this, but it could be that we just get into the habit of telling these to ourselves and *pop* out they come.
