i mean, in a passive sense of the word, to witness means that we saw something or heard something.
in an active sense, we share our experience with somebody who wasn't there.. ok, "witnessing for god's kingdom" means that we somehow know something about it that needs to be shared with others.
we saw something and now we are testifying about it; but i don't seem to be able to recall what it was that i saw.

our dc coming up this weekend, i hated them and the only thing that kept me going ,was the reward of booze at the end of each day.my then wife,zelous judgemental pioneer, you know the type,not only droned on about my drinking, but about everyones drinking, a real barrel of laughs not.
anyway, one year we went to another dc, in newcastle, all seemed to be going well, until lunch.we went over to a hotel for lunch,i ordered my fresh orange and food, a few minutes later, the local jw,s arrived for lunch, they had all pr-ordered drinks,alcoholic drinks, and not one drink but many !!!
they were buisy getting boozed up for the afternoon session,way to go, i was about to join them, when my wife told me " dont even think about it ", anyway she was outraged, but there they were ,with thier little convention badges, men and women, young and old, getting merry, they dont even do that here in scotland, !!!.

i've just returned from the sunday meeting and visits to the homes of those who missed the uplifting talk and wt study this morning (i'm trying to be positive).
Dealing with "sad souls" at the KH is an ever changing minefield, fount with many dangers.
First; because of the unique characteristics of each Congo. and it's effects as a whole,
Second; the personality type/position of authority/goals of individuals helping combination, an
Third; the person being helped, with their; needs, beliefs, and current state of mind interplay.
The possible outcomes are staggering, even if you've known these ones for years or for life.
PS: So if your not a certified biblical counselor, or get it wrong; every one gets hurt!

Similar to the disciples of Y'suah, that's based on the patriarchal's headship; not religion's.
No priests, elders or "fathers"; not a governmentally registered org, and no money involved.
an appendix in the book contains some 120 questions along with hundreds of scriptural "proof texts" that the proselyte is then expected to study.
12 jesus commanded his followers to baptize new disciples in the name of the father and of the son and of the holy spirit.
the following quotation shows what the proselyte is expected to study just prior to baptism:.
Baptism should be about changing your life for God, no longer practicing the things of the world.
The WT&BTS's baptism requires that it's followers retain the worldly practice of obeying men.
First century worshipers of Jesus father, were known as "the way/path" to the true God.
"Visible organization"; is a term that the WT created to counter-balance it's not being infallible.
As noted in other posts, biblical baptism is in the Father, son, and God's spirit; not a "religion" or corp.

If their getting baptized, they've been in FS. The ministry that Jesus taught were 30 something adult leaders in the faith.
But, not mothers, children, or immature adults that fecal the need to prove themselves worthy to a "religion"!
Its just an other example of the WT's using young, or anyone for its own glory and advantage.
And, doing so regardless of the harm caused to children, or other disadvantaged adults.

15if a witness makes decisions on the basis of bible counsel offered by the governing body, he does so of his own volition because his own study of the bible has convinced him that this is the proper course.
If the GB was a counseling facility, their counseling license would have been revoked many decades ago.
Where-as for it's recent activities, they'ld be sued by the country's counseling board.
There would be a long record of offenses the GB committed, posted on the board's site.
