Well lets reverse that thought and see what we have....
should two people who have worked at jobs for 20 or 30 years not be able to have their pension work the same way as anyone elses?
Shouldnt what happens with a pension be based on years worked paying in to the system itself and not on type of genitalia?

after awhile when no one else raised their hands ofs did, and was called on.. ofs commented, "one of jw can have the trust that god will lovingly give them the ability to uphold the disfellowshipping arrangement by totally shunning family members.".

In addition to being hypocrisy in action (as they are in so many areas) they wont read the decision. They wont know what you are stating above.
They call themselves politically neutral, "like Jesus and the early Christians" they say.
The facts show otherwise. JWs are one of the most litigious groups of non voting citizens of our time. Especially shocking when you look at what a "young" organization they are. They came out of the gate aggressively pursuing their "rights" as they see it.
