Pokemon GO Witnessing - Gotta Catch 'em All !

news just in .... as part of an effort to try and get youths enthusiastic about the kingdom ministry service, the watchtower is releasing it's own "pokemon go" style app which will allow anyone with a mobile phone to rush around the neighbourhood looking for an "interested person" who they can scan and collect.. they think the popularity may even spur pioneers to move faster than shuffling pace in some extreme cases.. when asked if this was just some kind of cheap gimmick designed to distract people from the fact that the religion never delivered on any of it's more important promises, a spokesman for the watchtower said "so?".

we asked whether it was a good idea to allow elders in the local hall to track the whereabouts of possibly unaccompanied minors and the spokesman replied "oh shiiiiiiit !!!

The day was, I would have known it was tongue in cheek. Now....I had to read it twice and think....this could be possible soon? LOL

I put nothing past them these days!

As a side note, I spent 3 hours playing "Pokemon Go" on Sunday with a 13 year old, It really is a lot of fun.

this morning i arrived on my bicycle at the local starbucks early, before the intensity of the texas sun boiled to full blaze rendering me a soggy, wrung out mess.. i took up my perch on the outdoor patio in the shade, eager to work on my book of short stories.

this will be my 3rd book and i’ve been enjoying the process daily.. .

I cant imagine how it must make you feel Terry, seeing as you lived it and directly knew her.

It is so encouraging to think that an older persons mind can still function in a way that they will be true to themselves when faced with the dishonestly that is the Organization.

now, they also plaster these affirmations all over social media, "this is the best life", “so blessed”, “best convention”.. why the gushing?

have you ever heard anyone say, “mmmm it was ok”?

It took me years to figure out the warm wonderful feeling I had after a convention was really relief that it was over!

hello - let me try to explain.

a couple of months ago or so i joined this forum, then shortly after checked out jwrecovery which seemed a better fit personally and joined them.

started to feel comfortable there and they closed, and i pouted for a while.
