I would love to tell them to f**k off! but I think you guys are forgetting that I am going through with my reinstatement. It is like walking on eggshells. I have to be careful, I have to look like I am concentrating at the meetings, I have to pretend to care. Of course this goes against the very fabric of who I am but I have no choice. I have to pretend. So please do not judge me. It is not that easy. I try to be strong for my family but it is so hard. I have nobody to understand what I am going through here. I cry almost everyday still. I go through phases when everything seems great and I do not care to be Df'd then other days I miss them so much. The more I think about it the more I hate this cult! -

Why the Deficit at the Circuit Assembly?

did you realize that before the program begins, the circuit is already in the red?
many of the friends thought they were paying for the use of the building and covering the costs of the utilities, etc.

Ok wow. I am really REALLY pissed. I had to really hold back and bite my tongue. Today I am off from school sitting at home relaxing and watching movies on Netflix when suddenly the intercom rings. I answer it and an elder from my hall answers back "oh hi S we were just in the area and want to stop by to see how you are doing." I was like WTF? They have got to be kidding! So I just answer and tell them I am sick with the flu and can not come down to open up. Totally untrue but its "theocratic warfare." So they just say "hope you feel better see you tomorrow night" and leave. Uh what part of "I am sick don't you understand??" Do they think I will be better from the flu in one day? ARRRG! Makes me so mad!
Ok this is like totally unf**kingreal. I did not invite them over or ever say anything about them EVER making a random visit to my f***king apartment. I do not even know if they should be coming over since I am in the process of being reinstated! Now unless they were here to tell me I am reinstated then WTF is going on? I wrote my BF and he was pissed beyond hell. He thinks they were here to see if he was there or what I am doing on my day off. So now I am looking out the window to see if they are watching me. I know call me paranoid but I know others have had this happen. What should I do? Just ignore it?
Still these guys have no respect for privacy. I was just there on Sunday at the meeting 3 days ago. WTF do they want from me now? Just leave me the f**k alone!

Gross! Grooming of young brothers in the KH to do more for Jehobadahhh and his organ-nigh-say-shun! I saw it myself.
by macys inso there is this young brother probably 14 or 15 and the elders are already grooming him to do more for jehobadahhh.
most of the elders in this kh are old like 60+ and sometimes there are not enough brothers to do the mics or sound so you will see a 70 year old elder forced into action.
almost comical to see a brother who thinks instagram is an email service try to operate the sound system and projector as he plays the wrong song or brings the screen down during a prayer.

Ok ok I take back what I said about him being a pedo but whateva the guy is still creepy and I get bad vibes from him. I am the LAST person to judge anyone based on looks so I am not judging him on looks but there is just something that does not sit right with me about him. I do not know what it is. Sorry for even saying anything about that. Forget I mentioned it.
And I did not make any direct accusations or mention names. I am just saying I think he could be cause he is so creepy. For all I know he could be the nicest secret apostate I know who posts on this very forum!

I agree with Sanchy 100%.
Nobody is saying that social systems are bad! In fact they are necessary for when someone falls on hard times. However there are just too many people that milk the system and abuse it because they do not care where the money comes from. To many of them it is their way of getting back at THE man. I hear this all the time in my school. That one woman in the video has 8 kids and she is complaining that her food stamps are on hold? Get your life in order! Seriously. Social systems should be in place to help a person get back on their feet, not support them for life without lifting a finger on the tax payer's dime. All it does is perpetuate the system and reward laziness.

There is a Bernie rally at my school every week and the biggest reason he has most of their vote is because he promises free college and the whole premise of redistribution of wealth sounds good to broke college kids.
On the flip side my BF is very wealthy, def in the top 5% and to him and his family a Bernie win is going to be a big loss to their company and the sovereignty of the US for various reasons.
I get both sides of the issue (I'm on the poor side myself) but I have to agree with my BF when he says that a Bernie win will hit the middle class the most. For his family to pay another $3 million per year in taxes will not prevent them from buying another vacation home but for a working middle class family like my family to pay another $3,000 per year in taxes means the difference between putting food on the table or not or skipping some other things that make life enjoyable. Bernie's 2% tax increase for the middle class is what lost my vote. Nothing in life is free. Nothing.
And to everyone saying the European way is better, why don't you go move there yourself? I actually have family there, lots of family. It is not all rosy as you think it is.
