Why Are People Here So Disrespectful At Times?
by Eutapro ineu has noticed that a number of persons making up this forum are guilty of showing disrespect to jehovah's witnesses.
some refer to jws as 'hovahs and others talk about kingdumb hells, all the time professing to follow christ.. some may justify their rude behavior by saying that jws themselves can be rude.
even if the charge is true, and eu is not really convinced that it is, why cannot ex-jws rise above the fray?

My uncle sent me this article....
by crownboy inwell, as i've mentioned before, even though i am an ex-jw at heart, i am still forced to go to meetings and occasionally in field service due to my circumstances (live at home with parents).
my time out in field service is pretty low, as i only spend like an hour a month out just to keep my family off my back, and that hour is usually one hour of rv with some poineers, so i can't remember the last time i actually really went out, or spoke to anyone at the door .
i guess out of "spiritual" concern, by uncle sent me the following article a couple of weeks ago:.

we could have on posters the names (maybe pictures) of the jw' & df-jw's who are pedophiles.
the ones that have been df.. in addition the names of all of their victims, that we personally know.. how about having the victims present with pictures of the age when they were molested.. changes need to be done if at least a thousand of us show up!

i think witties are getting the impression that we think they they as people are pedos......they don't realize the corruption that we're fighting is their leadership, and their outdated prejudices.. "not much more can be said that hasn't been said already...i'm just wondering, why are you, (or anyone else who is) so hateful toward jehovah's witnesses...i beleive that you are entitled to your own oppinion, and you are free to think what you want to think.

Amazing Survived Major Heart Attack
by AlanF ini just spoke on the phone to amazing (jim whitney) who is in intensive care in a chicago hospital.
on monday he had a major heart attack, had a stint put in an artery to unblock things and may have bypass surgery.
he's comfortable enough right now, but of course will have to make some big lifestyle changes.
