11Claims by Jehovah's Witnesses
by joelbear injehovahs witnesses claim to be happier than non-jehovah's witnesses.. jehovah's witnesses claim to be happier because they live in a spiritual paradise where everyone is more loving and more moral.. one of the reasons i left is very simply because i found these two claims to be false.. i disproved them by one simple action; getting to know non-jehovah's witnesses.
the more i did this, the more i found that happiness and kindness were traits that were not associated with any particular religious, social, business, ethnic or political group.
happiness and kindness instead were associated with very individual qualities: self confidence, good naturedness, humility, generosity of spirit and patience, among others.. i continue to try to apply these traits to my life and study those around me who display these traits.

Disassociated
by LB ini'm new here and i'm certain this topic has been discussed in the past so please forgive me for bringing it up.
i've been inactive for about 3 years now and at this time would like to disassociate myself as i do plan to celebrate holidays and such.
so i think it is to my advantage to da myself before i get dfed.

LB, look in the mirror & ask that person looking back at you these questions:
#1) How many years do I have to live? (lets say its 20 approx)
#2) How do I want to live them?
#3) Do I want to live them az a sheep under "mind-control" being brain-washed by a corporation?
#4) Do I want myself & my loved ones to view life in a unhappy way, through a MORBID,DREADFULL,SICK & FEARFULL pair of glasses?
#5) Last question to ask yourself...WHAT WOULD IT FEEL LIKE TO BE FREE?
If you do this,that iz, ask these questions to yourself, your answer will come like a rush of clean air!

I have always thought the WTB&TS should be sued for MURDER! Their insane & bogas blood policy haz killed how many?
I talked to Randy waters about this & he reminded me of the Christian Scientists, who refrain from most medical treatment. How long have they been around, & why have they not been sued successfully?
Its called "freedom of religion" & its in our constitution! Of course, we know it iz really brain-washing, but tough to prove, I guess?

Seeker, I am not promoting either position. I have studied anthropology & religion, & I find neither conclusive, thats all. Some people completly rule out an intelligent creator & dogmaticly say that man shares ansestry with apes. I am saying that its a huge gap to fill!
