  dear friends of reproductive freedom,.

  george w bush and his right-wings friends are quietly pursuing their domestic agenda while the nations attention is focused on international terrorism.. bush's attacks on women's reproductive freedom continue.. examples;.

  1. on his first day in the oval office,bush re-instated the global gag rule,which takes family planning funds from organizations that even mention the option of abortion to their patients,risking womens lives overseas.. 2. bush has promised to re-visit the food and drug administration's approval of ru-486.and anti-abortion forces in congress have already introduced a bill to limit it's availability.. 3. with the expected retirement of 3 supreme court justices ,including sandra day o'connor,who is often the critical swing vote on abortion rights issue,bush has made it clear that he will nominate the most adamant opponents of abortion and civil rights.. the bush administration is committed to strategies that limit life saving stem cell research,criminalize abortion providers,reduce the availability of birth control and deny funding of health reproduction education in the schools.. what better way to take on the christian coalition and ultra-right leaders and movements,than to use your voice to speak up now!!.

  First of all not all pregnancies are the result of irresponsible behavior. The decision to bear and raise a child is a personal decision, though not all have a choice in getting pregnant, unless they abstain from sex. Also not all pregnancies are terminated because a parent does not want to raise the child. The health of the mother also plays a role in many abortion decisions as well.

  I am curious what your stand is on the welfare system? Our tax dollars are paying for young children who need food and housing. Now you already stated that you did not want your tax dollars going to a person who was making a private decision on what to do with their child. Yet how many children are being assisted by you now?

  Just a side note here. I have seen the chasm between you and Tina and it bothers me. From day one of her posting here tina has always spoken her mind. She may be able to provide many more colorful words than most yet she hasn't changed since she has been here. Why are you asking about her professionalism now? Did I miss something?

  Stretchmarks....uggh....

  hello all, i'm 17/m, and i lift weights a lot.

  unfortunatey, i've been cursed with stretchmarks, and i've had them since before i started lifting (since about 13).

  i've tried everything from cocoa butter to vitamin e oil, nothing makes them go away.

  I have missed you man! I have some stretch marks on my calves of all places! When I was 16 I was thrown out of the house and worked 4 jobs, too young to drive, couldn't afford a car anyway. So I walked everywhere, and built up those leg muscles. For years I hated to wear shorts because *I* thought they were so noticeable. Of course now they are barely visible, and I have no problems wearing shorts. I also have them on my belly from the babies. I like those Kinda like what Naeb said yours can be a sense of muscular pride.

  As far as tanning goes, Hmmm this is my one truly selfish act. And along with counting down the days until the baby gets here I am counting down the days before I can jump back in the tanning bed. If I did not tan you can see my entire venous system, lol. I never had a problem with my stretch marks when I tanned, and found that they were even less noticeable. Or perhaps I just felt better about my body was it was darker. If it makes you feel better to be tan, then do it.

  LOL Waiting! I was thinking the same thing.

  Plm,
  I can understand your frustration of finding out those you thought to be a certain way, are indeed not that way. I myself went ballistic on Unclebruce due to a misunderstanding to one of his posts. At that point I began to question all that I had met here, and that isn't a fun place to be is it? I hope that you can get over this hump, and just try to not give everything to this place, there are too many here who are willing to deceive. Best advice I can give you there, from someone who has been in your shoes

  Now, on to Bill Bowen. You said you had a legitimate question about him, what is it? I thought Gopher had already answered your intial question, do you have more? Bill Bowen will answer you via email, or here if he is aware of this thread. I have seen him do that in the past, he does not always catch all of the posts though, so you may need to make him aware of it via email.

  i've been a bit short with people today in the forums, and i shouldn't have been quite so abrupt.

  i get frustrated when i see exjws make the same mistake and join up with political groupthink just as they used to join with governing body groupthink.

  it's all propaganda, as i keep trying to point out, but the fact is that you can believe whatever you want without my input.. i realize i keep harping on conservative hypocrisy lately, but that's because they are in power right now.

  Awwww Seeker that is why I love you so, you are so darn honest! I had a pretty awful day today as well, and was pretty short with the kids in the morning. I felt bad about that and we made up for it this afternoon. Okay Name this tune-"Mama said there'd be days like these, momma said, momma said" Who sang that? I can't remember. I always think of that song on my bad days.

  I hope you can settle some of the things that are bothering you, and have a great day tomorrow.

  Hey, I wish I could sleep Ahhhhhh! When I do lay down all sorts of weird things happen(I would make you blush if I gave you details) and I cannot get comfortable. I would jump in chat but I am comfortable in a semi reclining postion now. Chat is so exhausting because the baby is smooshed into my lung cavity, when I sit upright to type. So I am just reading and posting a bit and waiting until I cannot keep my eyes open so I can try to sleep. Funny thing is I am dead tired all day until I have to lay down and sleep haha. Thanks for asking

  ever since i've come to this board, you take every opportunity possible to imform everyone else how sad you are, do you ever give encouragement back to others, or have you always been like this, doing your best to stay as miserable as can be?.

  you know theres lots of people here who would like to help you, given the chance, in fact i can't even be bothered to give you any encouragement this time, cos all you do every time you see someone in chat is tell them how lonely and sad you are.

  I have noticed that there is always a recurring theme with these threads. The newbies come in and say, we are so sick of Logical. Then a few ones who have gotten to know him and have known him longer come in and say, he is loveable just wait and be patient. It also appears that one of the old "newbies" then come in and give their support as well. The point is you aren't require to love him, but beware when you do attack him, you will face us that do

  Aww man that is awful I would be inebriated as well I think for quite some time. We had a tragic accident here in the last few days. I actually babysat these kids, and we grew up with their family. I wish I could go to the funeral, my heart just aches for them.

  (February 21, 2002) — A young woman died Thursday morning and four people were injured, three seriously, when a pickup and a car collided in Clarkson Wednesday evening. The crash occurred about 5:10 p.m. on Route 104 at the Monroe-Orleans county border.

  Alicia Sofia, 21, of Spencerport, who was a passenger in the car, died at 2:09 a.m.

  The driver of the car, which was southbound on Monroe-Orleans County Line Road, apparently failed to yield the right of way to the truck, which was eastbound on 104, said Monroe County sheriff's Sgt. Dave Inzana.

  Injured in the car were Joshua Payett, 17, of Holley, Orleans County, who was driving; his mother, Irene Payett, 45, of Holley; and Nick Torres, 16, of Rochester. Three of the victims were flown to Strong Memorial Hospital via Mercy Flight Central. All suffered head or internal injuries. They were in guarded condition Thursday morning.

  The pickup driver, Paul Marshall, 45, of Elba, Genesee County, suffered minor injuries and was taken to Lakeside Memorial Hospital in Brockport.

  Sheriff's deputies are investigating.

  My sister said that it looks like the driver who was actually engaged to the young girl who died will not make it as well. I hate to bring it up at a time like this, but I do wonder what a part the no blood policy is playing in all of this. Two of them are still in critical condition, as of yesterday.
