  if you read the last topic i posted, i have a friend who is trying to get her children back from her jehovah's witness ex husband.

  she's holding a fundraiser to hire a lawyer for her court date.

  i know we've all come together before to help others and was hoping you guys might be able to help.

  she is a non jw and her ex husband is a jw.

  he's already taken the kids by means of a jw friend he has that works in child welfare.

  How Do I Tell My Mom

  the problem is we are going to have a pagan wedding according to our beliefs.

  my mother, a devout jw, already knows that we are getting married so i can't not invite her to the wedding.

  i remember reading on the board at least a year ago about a letter you could write to the congregation elders that would keep them from announcing a disfellowshipping or something to that affect.

  any one have this or remember what i'm talking about?

  How Many Pagans?

  i was curious to see how many pagans were on the board and what form you practiced.

  i myself am newer to the pagan scene and am studying witchcraft...something i secretly did when i was a teenage jw.

  Really Need To Talk

  i really need to talk and try to get some things out.

  i am one of the managers at a local fast food restaraunt.

  we live in a quiet town and on friday night after one in the morning one of my employees and i went outside to take out the trash.

  well i'm back home.

  i went to boston to leave for basic training and i failed my body fat test by a few tenths of a percent and they dropped my contract.

  so i'm kinda disappointed.
