I know a 14 year old who writes like this, and many 16/17 year olds who would make an adult's writing pale in comparaison.
I started to write at a very young age... so I choose the benefit of the doubt.

My son is 15, and my daughter 12... I love him so much. I'm an atheist dad, but my his mom is a JW. I encourage him to be polite and even to listen carefully at the meetings.
You have to know why you will choose this or that path. Knowledge is power. However, without confusing him, I also teach him critical thinking. It's important to know why you believe what you do, and how you know what you know. It's a process. As for baptism, I will say what I said to my son; "if 30 years old is good for Jesus, it's good for you." Give yourself time to go thru the changes you need to go thru before taking a life-altering decision. That goes for marriage too! LOL! Okay?
PS: I write & draw comics for a living. So I never really grew up!

Don't worry too much. You did nothing wrong. They acted like Pharisees ... even bullies. So let it go.
It's a pity they don't know how to act like Jesus.
Anyway, how old are you?
Do you have any questions that are bothering you?
Can we help? -

News Channel 10 Finds Friendly Elder Pedophile In Mexico, Elders Knew he loved kids.
by SanLuisObispoTruthSeeker inhttp://www.10news.com/news/investigations/team-10-obtains-video-of-admitted-child-molester-in-jehovahs-witnesses07222013.
if a pedophile has cried before the body of elders, is it possible he can be trusted to watch over the sheep and be a valuable tool against satan's hateful apostates?
nobody is stepping up to the plate to fill the positions of ministerial servant and elder, using pedophiles might take the load off the four elder congregations and give personal needed shepherding calls to single mothers.

I wonder...
by braincleaned ini wonder about why so many of us stick to the "truth" within the frame of the jehovah's witness religion.. of course, the wts has authority over our minds thru the control of information, demonizing any "worldly" knowledge that might jeopardize our faith in this entity.. thru my own experience, i understand how we can stick to this organization; because of a life's investment in serving, and the close ties of family and peers we do not wish to abandon or upset.
so we are here on sites like these, to understand the mechanisms of the cult... to try to make sense of why we should stay, or why we should leave.. the consequences are too important to take this lightly, or too swiftly.. if i may share a bit of my journey, i did not have to worry too much about the cult at first, because my main battle was based deeper than that.
after all, the root of any christian religion is in the bible itself; faith in jehovah and christ; trust in the idea that the bible is inspired by god himself.. so yes, my quest went to the base, the root of the jw faith... the bible.. since childhood, the character of jehovah was a problem for me.

I see — and I certainly understand the stigma of the name "Jehovah"...
But may I ask how you view the many references Jesus gave from the OT, identifying his father as the God of Abraham, Jehovah?
Are you familiar that the very name of Jesus — Yeshu'a — that it is a contracted form of Yehoshu'a (meaning Jehovah/Yahweh is salvation)?
I do agree with you that God is a cruel mean vindictive arrogant entity. But he is nonetheless the Heavenly Father Jesus talked about so passionately.
In Matt. 5. 17-20, Jesus even talks about how great the Mosaic Law was... and we both know it was a cruel law, with disproportioned punishments.
So you see... it is difficult to disassociate the NT with the OT, don't you think? -

Okay — sweet dreams. :)
About the first answer though — please forgive if I misunderstand — do you mean you hear voices? Or are you talking about personal revelation?
In what sense is he talking to you or showing you things? How does it translate? Did you mean thru the Gospels?... in which case the second part of my 1st question still holds. -

Hey Stand for Pure Worship — besides gloating with a consolation prize while other religions beat the JWs to the podium in the race for increased numbers, may I ask you the same 2 questions I'm gonna ask everyone who claims knowledge of the truth from now on:
— How do you know what you know (or how do you know the sources you trust are true)?
and
— What was the process building up to your convictions?
The catch? No circular thinking.
