While the elder speaks and I looked into his face, I told him to allow God fight for himself, He fired back at me, He said that God has assigned the GB to care for spiritual matters on earth, so they are representing the interests of the kingdom. He started looking at me suspiciously and asked if i am sympathising with enemies of the kingdom, I quickly changed the topic of the discussion.

(1) That Apostates are destructive peddlers who shut the door of everlasting life on people as they are very sure they have no portion in there. He quoted Matt 23:13- 13 “Woe to YOU, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! because YOU shut up the kingdom of the heavens before men; for YOU yourselves do not go in, neither do YOU permit those on their way in to go in.
He said this scripture rightly describes the activities of these peddlers, they have forfeited all they have learnt, they have lost hope on the bright future of everlasting life and they are going arround, looking for gullible ones who are seeking the kingdom with honest heart.
(2) He said some of these apostates abandoned the wife of their youth, they ventured into a life of abhorrence and they yet still having the clout to prove innoncence by influencing people on internet forums with cunning words. He said under normal circumstance, shame shouldnt allow them to request any audience amongst people of integrity. But it is disgusting that in this filthy world we live in, some ignorant fellows still celebrate them.
He goes on and on, condemning all acts of apostasy and all JW dissents, mentioning how blood guilty they are. Infact, If He had the opportunity, He is ready to chop off the head of many here.
My question is, do you feel that your activities here are synonymous to shutting the door of everlasting life on innocent people?. I just want to know if your motives are pure for what you are doing and if your experience as an ex-JW justify your presence here. Just curious.

I want to fade but ...
by Dudu ini need an advice.... has been 2 months since i went to a meeting and or field service, i received a call from an elder saying that he wants my monthly report , i dont know what to do coz he is been calling me for 4 days now i dont want to answer the phone, but at the same time i feel like just sending the report.
the question is, should i fade slowly or just stop ?
my family isnt jw only my mom is inactive..

Just report an activity less than 10 hours and text it to him. He will let you rest. He is only doing his job.

Since leaving the organisation, have you encountered any major challenge in the course of pursuing of wealth?, Have you felt your daily activities are tantamount to being stabbed all over with many pains because of reaching out to money. Has your life being ruined somehow for not heeding this advice, Please deliver your views on this. -

Depressing

but this is the only organisation offering the hope.. what do you think?, the thought of living for just 70 or 80 yrs and not returning back is very depressing or do some other line of reasonings offer any hope?.

I was with an annointed today
by mankkeli ini was with a fellow annointed one today, she is presently in her 80s, she keeps pondering on the new assignment she would receive upon arriving in heaven, she said that her hope had been made sure and the second sealing has been confirmed, she said she may be assigned to welcome ressurected ones in some part of the world or she may need to take up the responsibility of directing orderliness.
she continues to mention how delighted she would be to see some fellow annointed folks who had remained faithful then she goes on and on encouraging young ones like me who just started partaking to remain faithful till the end so that my hope can be made sure.. .
being a new partaker myself, i cant stop thinking how one could live arround this fantasy this long.

Being a new partaker myself, I cant stop thinking how one could live arround this fantasy this long. If we would truly go to heaven to rule with christ as we have been made to believe, It would indeed be a perfect arrangement, but if we would unfortunately end up being a manure or being burnt and spread over the sea, we may not recognize what happened to our remains, then how do we get hold on our spiritual elites- the GB and make them accountable for inconsistencies, deception and fallacy. Well, whichever way it goes, we will see.

by mankkeli ini was just wondering, what if afterall, christainity is right, what if there would be a ressurection, what if the heavenly hope is a valid aspiration god has set in place for faithful servants, what would be the hope of about 1.3million apostate dissidents who turned their back on the jw brand of christainity, where would they be?, some here seems to represent the anti-christ depicted in the bible, but what would be their hope, would god out of his abundant mercy shield us somehow and what would be the rationale behind his protection?.

At the end of the morning, the two Witnesses were about to stop their preaching work, but the child was unusually eager to go to the next home. In fact, he went by himself and knocked on the door! When a young lady opened the door, the two adult Witnesses approached to talk to her. To their surprise, the woman explained that she had just been praying for someone to call on her to help her understand the Bible. A Bible study was arranged!
As a member of the Christian congregation, you have the privilege of working along with the angels as the modern-day preaching work takes place on an unprecedented scale. Never take that privilege for granted. By persevering in your efforts, you will find great joy as you continue to declare “the good news about Jesus.”—Acts 8:35.
These thoughts would be included in my talk on sunday. But freely share your views on it - household of dissidents.
