  it's halftime and the niners are up 27-3. i grew up in san francisco and one of the requirements is you must hate all teams from la.

  even the swedish bikini team must be hated if they live in la.

  well the rams aren't in la any longer but i'm old and can only remember them being an la team so when one of my teams is winning big like this, i just smile.

  Devils Music

  im sitting listening to my digital radio (dab) and its tuned to planet rock (uk).

  every now and then the jingle plays rocktober (october).. plays the devils music.

  it got me thinking how the wts condemns music of certain types especially rock, pop, rap, well most types except kingdom melodies.

  frogit, I think the talent for these people lies in there ability to know their market. If the teenagers are the market, then rebelious themes generate the revenue. I saw a news program about a group called "insane clown posse". They are into saying drugs are cool, rebel, hate authority, etc. When questioned by the news media about why they pushed the young crowd with this crap, they said, "Hey its what they want". Also ozzie osbourne. With everything he stands for, people think he is the coolest. He can't even talk normal , for all the past drug abuse. But he ( wife), knows what generates the revenue, and they give it to the people. I do like some rock music, bon jovi, some smashing pumpkins, billy joel, genesis, collective soul.

  I never did like high school. I did not go to any re-unions. I too, was a quiet one. Being a witness does that to a person, I guess. It's funny, If we were supposed to have the "truth", then why weren't we so proud of it, that we went out of our way to let people know why we were different? I am glad those days are over .

  I agree with TTboy, as far as leaving the left lane open for faster traffic. Its just plain courteous. However, I believe that people who pretend like there nascar drivers, should not CLIMB UP ON THE BUMPER OF SOMEONE ELSE IN FRONT OF THEM just to make a statement. That will only piss off that car and they won't move over. Good time for road rage to start! Heres an example: I am driving home last night. 2 lane highway. Traffic was stop and go. then, when the traffic picked up speed, i always found it best to keep plenty of distance to the person in front of me. I still basically keep pace though. All of a sudden a mercedes comes from nowhere right up to my bumper. the moron could not understand why i wasn't doing the same thing to the car in front of me. So he jerks his car around me and pulls a dangerous move to get in front of me. Where did he wind up? That idiot just sat in front of me, tightly to the bumper of the next car! Basically if we all drive with consideration for others, there won't be such problems. Will not ever happen though. When i was younger, I drove fast. Now at 36, I found 2 things work. Keep plenty of room in front of you, and keep the eyes looking in front of you. Also the posted speed limit should be the factor to decide if someone is driving too slow. Cops won't pull traffic over for speeding during rush hour because they know it will cause more accidents. That does not mean that they don't want us driving the speed limit though.

  KD, you think you got it bad? Let me tell you.......... Just kidding.

  That is an unbelievable story! Got away with just a stinkin ticket for not yielding the right of way? Maybe the driver was the parent of the cop. I don't ride bikes, But people tell me they are very scary to drive, because so many people don't see you. The driver of that van is going to kill someone some day! Hope you are recovering well.

Can't people drive like they have even half a brain for petes sake! I swear, people are deliberately going out of their way to make my driving experience a journey into hell! People are always trying to follow so close, They would drive into the trunk if it was open! For crying out loud!

  i assume that if it were not for the watchtower rules, most anyone would not be shunned anymore, because our relatives love us.

  my question is, are there any who think they are shunned by relatives who don't really like you anyway, and are using the "watchtower rules" to justify it?
