Why do "Born-Again" Christians always give "bacs" a free pass?
by booker-t ini have always noticed even before i left the jw's that born again christians will always give other born agains a free pass on wrong doing.
i have heard some born agains talk about jw's and mormons like they have horns and pitchforks for things such as un scandal, child abuse, false dates, et; but when you hear of a tv evangelist caught in a gay scandal i have not heard one born again complain.
it seems like a double standard to me when born agains are always condemning others for some of the same things they do.

I think because born again Christians cannot accept the belief system of the witnesses. They feel that the watchtower is a works based religion. That is contradictory to believing that salvation is a free gift from God for those who believe in his son Jesus.

by RR inmy wife and i just watched a touching film called "the boy in the striped pajamas".. it's based on the book of the same title.
a tale of a little eight year old boy whose father is a nazi officer.
they are relocated to a nearby camp which he heads.
