If you're trying to gain muscle, you're not really looking at cardio anyways. Cardio stimulates the wrong type of muscle fibres and is detrimental overall to lean muscle mass. Generally why you dont see 210 pound marathon runners. Gaining muscle itself is the best way to lose fat. Cardio, in my opinion, is only ncessary for people who are strictly looking at fat loss. As for working out on an empty stomach, it has its good and bad as Dubla's article stated. These are details though and fairly unimportant considering most people have a diet that makes it impossible for them to ever achieve their goals, making nitpicking about details a bit silly.

Umm Valis. THey had that land before. Did it stop the attacks then? Every Muslim? Ok, maybe not. Go to the Middle East and ask there how many people want Israel left in peace. THat "deal" the Saudi's offered is great. It's also nothing that hasn't been discussed before. But you can only be screwed so many times before you start to doubt the sincerity of your neighbours. I doubt very much that the countries who offered it would honour it. 2 years down the line another israeli outrage would emerge and once again Israel would be attacked from all sides. Anyways, the Israeli's offered all this a few years back. Arafat said no.

Of course the Israelis have to ask themselves, "Do past actions indicate that if we gave this land back we would not be attacked AGAIN??" When the people who want this land speak of only the extermination of Israel, and it is the stated goal of ever Muslim to destroy Israel, does it really make much sense for Israel to just hand back this territory which would put them in a very poor military position?? That land is strategic, not religious, I don't blame the Israeli's for not giving their enemies a better way to attack them (again)

Classless American Behavior
by Pathofthorns ini was watching the hockey game yesterday and i thought i heard 'booing' during canada's national anthem.
earlier in the week the same thing occurred during the raptor's playoff game.. as some are aware canada has been mourning and burying their 4 dead soldiers due to the incompetence of an american fighter pilot who dropped a bomb on them while they were carrying out training exercises.
flags are flying at half-mast as canadians try to make sense of such a careless mistake.. i find it hard to believe any civilized person would show such disrespect to another country to 'boo' them during their national anthem at any time, and more so during a time of mourning because of death caused directly by american hands.. i sincerely hope american media chastised their countrymen who showed such insensitive, classless, ignorant and disrespectful behavior to their neighbours.

Obviously Waiting hasn't seen what goes on at soccer games :P THey booed. Big deal. Just last week at TWO games in Canada, Canadians booed the American anthem. Retaliation? Maybe, but they still did it. People get caught up at sporting events and say or do thing they normally wouldn't. It doesn't mean that it is appropriate behaviour, but it's not the end of the world. Boo!

More advice: Stock options
by bboyneko inmy new job is setting aside 15% of their shares for employee stock options, to be distributed equally per employee (excluding ceo's) i am the first employee.
they plan on selling this company in 2 years for $100,000,000.00 so 15% of that is 15 million.
there will be 30 employees at most at that time.

You might not be able to sell your stocks for a few years after it goes public as well.

Saudi Crown Prince Abdullah delivered a sobering message to President Bush on his visit to America this Thursday about the dangers of it's continued Pro-Israeli policies. While agreeing that the issues are complex and problematic, Prince Abdullah issued a strong warning to the United States.
"Please Dear God in the heavens above, do not make us oppose you."
Although afterwards Bush preferred to speak of the meeting favourably with reporters, describing the talks as "pretty damned ok," Abdullah spoke of clear dissension on matters of American policy. "We do not agree with what they are doing in Israel," Abdullah said, "to the Americans I say this, 'Do not make us
give all this food back!' When pointed out by reporters that refusing American aid will likely only hurt the Saudis, Abdullah snorted and said, "They forced our hand. It is their own damned fault. They can take their billions of dollars in foreign aid somewhere else." Abdullah then broke down in tears, pushing through reporters to his waiting taxi.Anti-U.S sentiments continued in the Middle East, with Saudi Arabia's largest newspaper blasting the headline, "Who needs your help?? We do!! Take that America!!!" Opinions in the street seemed to mirror the newspapers. "Without American business I will likely wither and die," Shaliv al' Akhbar whispered into the camera, "if there was a kinder way of getting revenge against the American
infidels I would do it.. but they only respond to extremes. Very well. I will show them all." Chewing on his Big Mac thoughtfully, Akhbar wiped a tear on his NIKE t-shirt and screamed, "Death to America!"President Bush expressed surprise later on in the evening when told of Abdullah's comments saying, " I thought me and the Prime Minister got along pretty well, we talked about our families and dreams." Bush even recounted an amusing incident where both leaders expressed apprehension over remaining in power. "I told him I hoped I would be the first Bush to be a "two termer" and he expressed terror at being violently assassinated and mutilated by angry Saudi's. Yeah it was pretty funny."
The meeting lasted for almost 5 hours before a tearful Abdullah acquired passage on a cargo plane to that "mierable hell hole of a desert that I love"
