Science proves there is a God
by seekchristonly infusion with god natural .
in the cosmos universe or whatever.
all things are made of the same materials etc so humans will always be fused with the universe in life and death because those building blocks are eternal.

Sometimes on threads like this i get the impression that if you study science now you'll be an atheist. I find science interesting and often buy science magazines but my knowledge is small. My son has a science degree and is a Christian not many moths ago he phoned me and related a conversation he had regarding his defense of Christianity with an atheist friend. I also know someone with a phd in physics who is also i believe a Christian. I dont think necessarily that by being well educated in the sciences you will lose your love for God.

i think praying helps when you find yourself with a bit of a sticky wicket.
Stephen prayed when he was being stoned.

American Rantings About World Cup Soccer (Football)
by RubaDub ini try ... i really try to watch football (soccer) ... it's world cup time ... i really do try.. i just don't get it ... i really don't.. yes, it's a world-wide sport.
in most countries it is the number 1 or number 2 sport ... no doubt about it.
it's maybe number 5 in the usa for professional sports.. from an american's perspective (i think i speak for many), we just wonder if these guys actually have testicles.

i prefer baseball and american football. i've attended many baseball games and a few american football games and basketball. used to go to the san diego sockers games a lot, preferred the indoor game.
i'll watch england play but nothing else probably the final.
best baseball games were sunday afternoon instead of the meeting
