Hi thinker,
You've got a point there.
Because of the false teachings of the WTS, many have been stumbled.
Many thought that the WTS was Gods chosen org.
And to find out that the WTS has lied to them and abussed them,
many have stopped believing in God altogether.
I think that certainly is a much more serious wrongdoing than many
things people get df'd for.
I'm with you on this.
Let's form our own judicial comitee and investigate this matter.

i remember several years ago, the watchtower through the awake!

magazine tried to tackle the ufo phenomenon and gave a super-watered-down generalization of it.

today the subject got more interesting.

This sounds like a case for the Art Bell Show.
Interesting subject. That's for sure.
Will we (humans) ever find out what these things are and where they're from?
Possibly someday.
Did they have anything to do with the early religions?
Perhaps.
There are many people from every corner of the globe that claim to have seen
some sort of flying disc.
There have been reported sightings of very large flying V shaped craft.
Could it all be a hoax?
What would we say to someone that told us that they have seen a UFO?
Interesting indeed.

when a sweet pioneer sister came to my door and i started studying i never thought i would become a witness.

21/2 years of studying i did get baptized.

Welcome to our humble little group.
Many of us have been in the same position as you.
Never questioning the WTS.
Always following along even if we didn't believe what we were being told .
You are right.
The truth should be able to stand up against what others say.
Keep on questioning and learning.
And yes. You will be df'd if you start celebrating holidays or birthdays.
And yes. If you disassociate you will be treated as someone that is df'd.
If the "brothers" and "sisters" find out you don't believe like you use to, many
will snub you.
That's all part of the control the WTS has over their followers.
But don't worry.
You can question anything you like here and we won't snub you.

Remember not to believe everything they say because they say they are Gods mouthpiece.
Remember that the Boreans were comended for checking the scriptures to see if what they
were being taught was the TRUTH.
Remember to ask questions about the failed date prophecies.
And the changes in their teachings.
And don't fall for the "new light" excuse.
