  Is account of Ananias & Sapphira genuine?

  1) ananias “sold a piece of property… and kept back part of the money for himself, but brought the rest and put it at the apostles’ feet.” (acts 5:1, 2) peter interpreted the whole incident as unbecoming of believers as they created the impression that they are giving full amount received from the sale of their property, and told the wife of ananias: “the feet of the men who buried your husband are at the door, and they will carry you out also.” (acts 5:9).

  " to which they respond with applause.

  do you think that stopping the preaching work will ever be a part of the gb's long range plan?

  Its silly to think they would say the preaching work is over - since that is suposed to carry into the Great Tribulation.

  And suposed they did stay STOP, which everyone would be happy with, what next?
  What happens 2, 4, 10 years later?

  Every meeting is about the URGENCY of getting out in service before its too late.
  All the DEPRAVATION is about concentrating on Saving People before the end comes "next Tuesday".
  All the literature is about The End.

  How would they keep people coming to the meetings?
  How would they keep the money rolling in?

  It would be the end of the CULT.

  “This good news of the kingdom will be preached in all the inhabited earth for a witness to all the nations; and then the end will come.”—MATTHEW 24:14.
