  Anyone Else See Les Miserables?

  i went to see it today - by myself (mr bee is on a golf junket).

  i was glad that that i was by myself because i cried so much at the end, i wouldn't have wanted to be with anyone who wasn't crying - and that would not have been mr bee!.

  les miserables the current film is adapted from what is considered one of the half-dozen greatest novels of the past 150 years and one of the longest novels ever written.

  THE MOVIE,.. oh, okay, I thought that this was a thread about the recent DC,.. I get it now.

  No I like the one with Liam Neeson and prefer my music to not snap me back into the reality that I was just invlolved in watching a movie. I mean did people back then just break out into a song?

  The last time a song snapped be back into reality I was attending a DC.

  WT elders school: The elders in our circuit appear to be "trained" quite well

  more ramblings from the recently concluded elders' school.. see the op on this thread for background: http://www.jehovahs-witness.net/jw/friends/242491/5/wt-elders-school-the-wts-has-progressed-from-just-plain-stupid-to-dangerously-stupid.

  in part of the video mentioned above showing the "goofus" elder trying to handle the situation with the crying sister:.

  the "goofus" elder went into the kingdom hall library alone with the sister when she left the auditorium.. you could hear literal, audible, gasps from the 100 or so elders watching the video.. a few moments later, as the sister was crying, "goofus" put out his hand and touched the sister's hand.. again, literal, loud, audible gasps from the audience.. they darkened the room while the video was playing so i couldn't see him, but i have to imagine the co was quite pleased that the audience grasped the "mistakes" that elder goofus was making.. .

  Go and google "saltwater clam" images.

  But seriously, someone should put a small camera in a book bag and do some practice with it to see how to set it up so that you could record the entire video. You know that the Holy Spirit will not hender you.

  Just freaking do it and we can blur out any elder faces later.

  I would pay money for this. Come on, think about it?

  something has just occured to me this morning while taking a shower.

  i think it might be pretty obvious to others but for some reason it just hit me today suddenly.

  religion for many is just a donkey and a carrot.

  Being a non believer, I feel, has made me more moral than before. I want to do my part to help "push" the human race forward.

  A Human race is a terrible thing to waste.

  We are the ones responsible for our own actions and we need to act responsibly in those matters as taking the fork in the road with the idea that their is a supreme being that will handle all this in the end may is repugnant, embarrassing and non responsible to me as a human.

  I would think it would be funny to bring some "buck lure" into a DC or CA and drop it under the stands somehow. People would have to leave the place as the smell is too strong to endure for most.

  Great article on your site.

  Just below the WTBTS video you have a "my" and think you meant a "by" FYI

  I would imagine that with all the varying corporations that they kept the USA entities out of the thought about being damaged to the point where it would put them it of business. I think that they would have used just the France corporations. No evidence here but making an assumption based on how they

  Any successful methods to discreetly reach out to someone who is studying?

  my father had me go with him to do a study, and the guy looked like he's a pretty smart guy, and he was asking legitimate questions that i had my own answers to, but of course i couldn't say them.. i'm wondering if anyone has successfully been able to convince/warn anyone that they're getting sucked into a cult.

  i wanted to just secretly slip him a note, but i'm always scared to do that from fear of the person throwing me under the bus.

  then i got the idea of sending him a text message from a number that can't be traced back to me.

  If you do get to send a pamphlet of some other contact, be sure to add that you are having to contact them under an "alias" due to this being a High Control Group. Then let them know that if the cult members found out who sent the info to him that you would be shunned by family and friends.

  I would send some info about Steven Hassans site that shows the Jw are listed as a high control group and also some info about the BITE model.

  I would opt for a special email account so that he can ask questions and get answers back and forth where as a pamphlet would be more one way with no way to share more info.

  Let us know what you decide to do as I always wanted to be involved with getting someone out like.
