I know that this is a long shot and I do not know if the dates coincide but could that person that was covered up be Olin Moyle?
I thought maybe so but then remembered that his wife was there at Bethel also and that would mean both would be edited out, right?

well it's been about 8 months since my final wake up.
as some may remember for my intro thread, i panicked and was way too aggressive at first with telling my wife all about this scam we're a part of.
she freaked, thinking satan had me for sure.

i know that they believe the fall was a horrible, horrible mistake and that man was never intended to fall (despite god's foreknowledge).
does the atonement of christ cover their sins or are they to be destroyed after their resurrection?

It was in jest as I took the cardboard cutout from the original pic in this thread and placed it into this older photo.

why is the wt org selective concerning things with pagan origin?
for instance wedding rings they have no ban on wearing them and some wtnss say it is because it is commonly accepted now and no longer have significant pagan roots, but is that the point?
if satan himself starts up something popular and as time moves on it loses its original satanic flavor it is ok for "true christians" - i love how j dubs qualify that, to adopt it now as a practice?
Just read a post over at Jehovahswitnessrecovery.com where a member shared a comment about how her mother said she would not be signing her text with a "xx" sign for hugs or kisses since it had pagan origins. WTF?

Here is another unusual image from the early days. Reportedly waiting ont he Mt Of Olives for the rapture to take them away. They wanted to be first in the kingdom since being there would mean they would be taken up first.

a long time ago the jw's published a book called "humans in search of god" (translation of the dutch version so i am sorry if the title is not totally correct).
i always remembered one sick drawing in it and it always made me wonder how this drawing could be used in one of their books.. .
warning: can be shocking to people who never saw it before!.
This act was performed back before they knew that the way to a mans heart is through his stomach.
