My best to you Alpha, you are not much older than my son and I hate to see the bonds the borg has on young people. The right solution will come, you have headed in the right direction coming here, many wise souls inhabit this board. Good Luck to You!!

Ever lie on your service reports?
by The_Bad_Seed in*laughing just thinking about it*.
did anybody out there lie on their service reports that they maintained the 'national average' when in reality you got .005 hours of service in any given month?
i magically always used to always get "10" hours out in service, while nobody ever saw me at the groups, no one ever caught on, or seemed not to -- maybe they just didn't give a shit.. i always lied so i could keep my microphone 'privelidges' -- that being, the privelidge to walk around at the back of the hall giving my deflated ass a break from those awful chairs they had.

Ummm...winsome, it's Bill Bowen not Bill Bowens.
I have known Bill Bowen personally for several years and he knows what liars the wts are, he is aware of there backstabbing and there double talk, he is one of the most intelligent gentleman I have had the pleasure of meeting and personally the df'ing probably doesn't matter. He lost faith in the org along time ago. But now the society has made it virtually impossile for the silentlambs to contact him without fear of punishment. He is fighting for the innocent ones and is df'd while the child molesters are going door to door--- what's wrong with this picture?

I pioneered for 2 years 91,92 I think. I hated it, I remember spending long , hot days in the summer trapped with an overloaded car of whiners. My spiritually weak husband was supporting me by staying at the house with 1 of our children, we had 3.
We had a lot of rural territory that kept us out and driving around alot, heck we even made drive-by return visits...anybody remember them? Why stop when you can clearly discern from the road that no one is home:) I attended pioneer school in 92. I see one of the guys I went to pioneer school with, my "service buddy" at the local Lowes all the time, he always starts to smile and then quickly bows his head and walks on...how sad, he is still stuck in.

Do zealous witnesses make zealous apostates?
by sleepy inwhat were you like as a jw and how does that compare to now?.
were you an elder , min servant(if a bloke)or, pioneer, regular publisher ,iregular , almost never there?.
now what are you like as an apostate?very active as one, quite active or not much bothered.. are you as zealous in the opposite sense, as you were as a witness or have you changed?.
-
nita6368
I pioneered way back when, not really because I wanted to but because I felt I had to.
Hmmm...
I agree with what you said and find that since the whole witness thing was proven a lie I have a hard time being "passionate" about anything. Everything seems like more of a bother than it's worth.
Maybe thats a post-witness thing?

Are you satisfied?
by dmouse ini have spoken to some jehovahs witnesses who are not aware that i no longer believe in the religion.
there was shock and unhappiness about the panorama program, and concern about what they would have to face in the door-to-door ministry.
those that have been out report no real problems.

The root problem has not been changed, it has not been fixed. JW's still feel they are above the law on this issue. They are not qualified to handle the issue of child molestation, Jehovah is not going to make this all better, the pediophiles need to be stopped and punished!

Will the public lump the JW's with child killers?
by LyinEyes ini was watching the news coverage about the little girl samatha that was found murdered.
5 precious years old.
there were many interviewed and one man's reply really got to me, he was almost flustered in how to express his anguish over this.
-
nita6368
The man that murdered that little girl was a pediophile, he is a beast. A pediophile is a pediophile whether he is wearing a suit and carrying a bible or driving around preying on innocent children.A JW being a pediophile does not make it any less horrible.People need to wake up ansd see these monsters for what they are.

Tales from the Watchtower - Story 1
by Mister Biggs inowshae, a young man from africa, was 'playing his pipe' one night when he suddenly went blind!
"i was shocked!
", he exclaimed.

Mister Biggs,
Thanks for the laugh, I am at work sitting at my desk cracking up. I just read another thread where you told the guy he looked like Richard Dawson, which struck me as funny but this was great

I can prove scientifically meetings are dangerous
by sleepy indid you know we were being poisoned at meetings?well did you fall asleep in meetings or conventions?.
there you are just had your dinner and the convention is starting back up , its saturday afternoon and that means you've got four hours of talks ahead of you, can't wait.. but then you feel sleepy , very sleepy.. so why did we fall asleep?.
3 reasons.. 1.the talks were boooooooooring.. 2.we were digesting our food and blood was needed from our brians in order to help, since we didn't need it up there antway(see reason 1) it was used else where , hence the sleepyness.. 3.carbon dioxide.all creatures breath out carbon dioxide which is poisonous and also makes you sleepy.usually this doesn't effect us but when you cram a load of people together in a small place this gass collects as it can't get dispersed easilly into the air.with all the yawning from people being sleepy from eating to much food and listening to boring talks( see reason 2) carbon dioxide was pouring out and poisoning us all.. so meetings are dangerous after all.every time we went we were being poisoned by other people.. now thats got to be a good reason not to go..

I always liked when the security around the stage would fall asleep in their chairs, I guess that's why they started making them stand up.
