Memorial ultimatum

i heard a piece of gossip the other day from a friend in california that i thought was outrageous and right on par for the borg.... it seems a 20-something sister in a southern calafornia congregation has dedided she is one of the annointed much to the chagrin of her elder body.they have tried everything to disuade her from this path.in a last ditch effort to come up with arguments against her, the elders'wives were sic'd on her and they came up with a piece of information that they felt would be useful...it seems this sister is also pregnant with her first child and is very much looking forward to breast-feeding.so the brothers told her that if she wants to partake at the next memorial she can't breastfeed---because the wine would transfer to the milk and the baby is not annointed!this sister is heart-broken,she feels she must choose between her motherly obligation and her spiritual one!.the advice i passed on to her via my grape-vine was to think long and hard what decision she might make if for some reason her baby needed a life-saving blood transfusion...if the borg won't let her take a sip of wine it will surely not let her save her childs life with a transfusion!.

It is just showing her mentality. Be the bigger of the two and just treat her like you would anyone else (that always pisses someone off) Let her know how a true Christian should act. Vent here not at work it will really make her look stupid. By the way we care!

HELP Needed in custody case!

custody battle being fought by a poster on this board.. she just found out that she lost custody of her 3 children to her jw ex, despite the fact that they are in danger of being exposed to a pedophile relative through this man.. i am asking anyone who may know anything about setting up a legal defense fund (or anyone who knows about utah custudy law/ lawyers in utah) to please respond to this post.
time is of the essence, the girls have already gone back to their father today.

The game he is playing is so common. Anything to have control. Your children are the pawns. As tempting as it may be you have to be careful of your next step. You are going to have to be the stable one for your girls they are really going to need you to be that for them. They may not understand things now but hold it together one day they will. Please keep us posted you and your girls will be in our thoughts.

Back home from mildly Epicurean Vacation
by Thirdson inim back from vacation, we arrived home friday afternoon.
it was good to get away and see some new and neat (and creepy according to my son) things.
we met up with family for a few days before relaxing in the san juan islands.

My Aunt Passed Away & I'd like to talk
by Bendrr inon tuesday, my mom called me at work to tell me my aunt linda passed away.
she'd had diabetes and kidney problems for years.
tuesday, she was on dialysis and her blood pressure bottomed out and she just went to sleep and never woke up.

I feel such like my heart is going to burst. I am soooo sorry for what you are having to deal with.
It makes me so angry that tomorrow so many will get up and go and try and convince people that they need to become JW's and be a part of a wonderful "loving brotherhood" that they walk in Jesus footsteps that they have compassion for people and that is why they are out there. Their words and deeds are so empty.
Please know that everyone here is feeling your pain.
Your heart will be there tomorrow your presence would only make them feel that you are pushing an issue, and that would take away the issue of the loss of someone that you truly loved.
Maybe they will wake up one day and realize the loss that they have in their lives by shunning and also feel the pain that they have been inflicting on others. so much for too little too late. WHAT A WASTE!((((((hugs to you Mike and others that feel the pain of the WBTS!))))))

i am more than surprised about subject of this site and now i am confused what its right and what is wrong.this site contain information about god end of times and so on and i didnt found anything what can convinced me that that they are mistaking.think is i am studying with jw but they didnt want to help me to answer my questions because they said its not healty to read anything else except their books.i didnt listen because i am used to do everything on my own and now i am really searching.so if you could tell me at least that they are mistaking on their site and show me how ill apreciated.

by Amazing inrecently i read some information that state the catholic church now admits that the apostle john definitely did not write the bible book of revelation.
also, another source stated that revelation may not be an 'inspired canonical' book.
rather, revelation may be the work of a raving lunatic imprisoned on patmos, who had illusions of grandeur, and may have been on drugs as he invented this fantasy we call also call apocalypse.
