  Need new drink!!!

  ok this has nothing to do with being a jw or anything of that nature but it is important to me and i need some help:.

  here goes i have been drinking rum and coke (bacardi) since i can remember and finally realized that maybe it is contributing to my severly harsh hangovers.

  so i went on a quest in search of a new drink.

  I noticed a lot of people are giving you recipes...let us know which ones you try and what you think!!!!

  You really need to try the Jagermeister and E&J Brandy shot I mentioned earlier in this thread......Smooth!!!!!!!

  in jesus' illustration of the end time harvest period, the angels separate the wheat from the weeds , distinguishing two distinct parties.

  This is an interesting thread for me, because I have thought long and hard on this very subject. While you present this interesting thought about the class distinction, anointed and the "Great Crowd". I always thought this illustration showed that the True religion would be "hidden" amongst the weeds and in the end that the True religion would be easily indentifiable. The explanation of the 2 class of those that were worthy is explained at John 10:16.

  I Said Goodbye

  my father was rushed by ambulance from his rest home to st. marks hospital in salt lake city, utah friday, but i only just heard about it.

  i received a call from the floor nurse and she told me he is not expected to live.

  his lungs are filled fill up with fluid and are continuing to fill u with more fluid: he has pneumonia.

  This a good one that always hits the "spot".......
  Take a shot glass and fill it 3/4 Jagermeister and top it off the reamaining 1/4 with E&J Brandy(must use E&J Brandy)........smooth!!!!!!!!!!!!

  Let me know if you try it!

  the latest inside u.s. figures reveal that 86% of jw children leave the fold, with some 29% who eventually come back for reasons of family ties, most never "reaching out.

  Just curious where can I read your History with the Borg!!! As still an "active" witness sorting and sifting thru all this, just curious your back ground!!! I have "lurked" on here for sometime, but being very cautious so as not be caught by my active JW wife!!

  Any Buckeye's Here

  for those who don't know what a buckeye is, it is the state tree of ohio.

  it also grows in michigan, but most michiganders try to kill them off and burn them at ohio state - michigan football games when ohio state loses.

  the buckey tree produces brown fruit that look like a chestnut, except they are poisonous.

  The CO's visit

  this past week was the visit of our circuit overseer.

  i know what you are thinking so before i post some of his comments that i personally found interesting, i only went to keep peace in the family and not give rise to suspicion about my true feelings.

  so with that said, here are some things that grabbed my attention.. 1) his talk thursday nite was about being successful and how the world's view of success is far different than the organizations.

  I believe that "Ole Hard N Nasty" is no longer serving in CO work. I believe he may have left in the the late 80's early 90's....Never heard a good word about the man!!!! He was acontrol freak to the utmost!! He actually came to my wifes work(restaurant) and found out we lived in the territory that he was presently serving(we went to the hall's territory that was on the other side of the road) and told her we needed to switch halls!!! Got her pretty upset!
  Overall the CO's nowadays are alot different then they used to be, not as hardnosed about things more compassionate.
