  whilst not wishing to triplicate the nato thread, i wish to ask a question of a more religious nature concerning it.. the jehovah's witnesses place much emphasis on the scriptual relevance of the un but not nato.. what are the current thoughts on this in the organisation and is there likely to be any new light regarding the beasts of revelation yet again?.

  this also raises the question of the king of the north and the king of the south because if there is a ww3, it is not going to be between russia and america or democracy and communism but democracy and terroism?

  i am currently enjoying cruising around on the internet in chat rooms.. i'm enjoying posting that the jw who could have sent in people and organized volunteers have locked their doors and tightened their security.. perhaps instead of bitching and moaning on this board, we should use our time letting total strangers know jus how unchristian the christian congregation of jehovah's witnesses are.. well?

  i think it all comes down to the price you pay for having more materially than others.. i think, in the end, those people are pissed off because we live so much better in this country than they do in theirs.

  it is to their leaders advantage to blame the u.s. for their bad lot in life.

  if they didn't, the people would start examining the enormously rich ruling class of basically every middle eastern country who just allow their people to subsist or starve to death.. clever tactic using the opiate of the people and promises of paradise to get people to do the unthinkable.. it has always been thus.. hugs.

  apart from the noble imperatives of christian charity, the society's rather tepid response to the need for emergency assistance in the aftermath of the wtc tragedy across the harbor illustrates how calcified the thinking of their leadsership has become.. i know, they've accepted a few overnight jw guests and accommodated some others, but when measured against the magnitude of their resources, these meager photo-op and pr-op gestures are tiny.. by failing to sieze the moment, they blew a priceless opportunity to cut a a firebreak across what they must know will be a maelstrom of publice outrage and criticism when the dateline story runs.

  Did Bethel send in its medical staff to help the victims?
  i dont know..call them up. until you validate this you cant

  JWs are secretly eating this tragedy up because they percieve it somehow validates their "last days" world view. They don't give a rat's ass about thousands of sons daughters mothers and fathers dying horribly, they are just worldly people; oh but praise WTBTS-Jehovah that three JWs lived, let's get some refreshments.

Were you here as two of the dub brothers were at the WTC because they are firefighters. So before making an ass of yourself and being a judgemental prick get your facts straight.
