Hmm, interesting. I have certain behavour patterns that my soon to be wife says are certainly "male". My future father in law says, "I am a mans man". I had never really thought about what a "man" is until he said that.
I know there are men who are cocky or arrogant. There are also men who are soft spoken and lack self confidence. I think the right blend of confidence, arrogance along with being sensitive and sometimes soft spoken are what really turn women on.
For myself, I am pretty easy going, a gentlemen. But my woman knows that if the need arises, the horns will rise and I will charge into battle, be it physical or mental, she knows she is taken care of whatever she needs. She is the center of my world, but knows I am not affraid to go off by myself or with other people. I don't need to be up her butt, and she knows that. I give her as much love and support as I can, without smothering her.
A man....I don't think there are any GREAT models in this world to go by. It depends on what the woman values as man.
