How do you have a "personal" relationship with Christ???

ok, so i haven't been posting a lot lately.

been doing alot of thinking, soul searching, etc.

also been busy with work, making money, hanging with my new girlfriend, and just enjoying my first christmas season.. .

To have the right personal relationship with God of the Bible you have to meet many requirements that come from the Bible. You can ask any person from any christian denomination and chances are you will be told : "I have the personal relationship with Christ ". And what does it mean ? Does God Yahweh approves of so many religions ? If you think so , can you prove it by changing religion every month .People in each denomination claim they have the personal relationship with Christ !

No way ! There must be an ideal order in this matter and God Yahweh as Perfect God must have perfect plan of salvation and for people to have the right relationship with Him and His Son Jesus Christ.

The similar situation is with prayer. God will not violate His principles . He will not support false religions by answering the prayers of the people who insist in their belonging to the false religions that are contrary to the Bible.

You have to study the Bible and it is a very complex process of coming to the close relationship with God Yahweh and Jesus Christ.

i've got one post for the next 14 hours so i figure i'll make it count.. when i was 21 i began to really question the state of the world.

you know- "is this life all there is, yadda yadda.

" that sort of thing.

It is not so as you think so simple. We have Muslim religion and who is not praying there in that religion to God ? So ,why that religion stays intact for centuries and millions die withiout being saved at all. If God listened to prayers of each person there would be for sure one only christian denomination ,not hundreds of them with different often contradicting views !

No way ! God Yahweh decides whom to listen to and when and He must initiate the process. How do you know God answered your prayer if it is not allowed to pray to Jesus . Jesus taught how to pray . He never told to pray to him.One missing link can mess up everything . Try to look for something on the internet and put a comma instead of a stop sign in the web address and you will see a result ! One misplaced item can put all your efforts to a halt. We must come to God Yahweh exactly as He prescribed.

Are there a minimum set of core beliefs that all Christians accept?

for example, a christian could not simply believe that jesus was a compassionate man could he?

christ must be accepted as being divine either as part of a trinity or at least as the son of god.. must a christian believe that the miracles of jesus as recorded in the bible are actual events or can they be accepted as allegory?must a christian believe that "all scripture is inspired of god"?jesus is said to separate the sheep from the goats - can you be a christian without accepting that jesus will kill all the goats?there seems to be so much about christ that many christians are simply too uncomfortable to discuss.

I have been there and I was a fierce defender of that religion when debating with people .I should be the last one to fall away from that religion.I was called Jezusek in Poland . Jezusek is a subtle form of the word Jesus just "John" has "Johnny" .

My priest Marcin Ziolkowski wrote a book one of the most fascinating book : Eschatology . He gave one as a gift and it got it me into the issues of religion. Later on, I got into the reading English Good News Bible ( mostly the New Testament ) as I liked the English language.

I think the year 1974 AD was my breaking year with the catholic religion and I did it by reading the Bible and thinking about it. Since I got some understanding on my own I did not joined Jehovah's Witnesses and has continued so on my own path all the time up to this day ; I see a huge gap in understanding the Bible and there is no chance I join the Jehovahs Witness Organization till the very end of the world I am predicting for 2011 AD.

Check my numerous posts on this whole forum . Check member directory : OBVES and you can add some remarks there as I am intending to go back to my previous posts ;at least some latest.

Right now I have three sisters who could tell you they are catholic.Poland is famous for her catholic roots. So , if someone goes away from that religion it is like a miracle !

I have been on my own for so many years and not a single time a thought came to me to go back to my old religion and to be a catholic again in spite of so many problems in the past.

Note that in 1973 AD I thought that me and my physical brother were those two witnesses from Revelation 11.1-10 and we were going to begin a great mission to proclaim the end of the world and were going to defend our catholic religion ! This would have been a worse disaster than the prediction of the end by Jehovah's Witnesses for 1975 AD !

At some point in still right time I recognized my brother cannot be one of the two witnesses from Revelation 11. The change soon came in my views and I am so happy I broke with my Catholic religion.

Really God Yahweh must break loose a person from false religion . Read what had happened in Egypt when Moses was there and performed great miracles .How it was difficult to make people free ?
If I were to choose a religion - apart from my current views- I would pick Jehovah's Witnesses organization, seeing it right now as the best christian organization.

I like the Christian Science for Sentinels . The Adventist religion is good to some degree.But the Catholic religion is so far away .I will never be a Catholic again I am sure in 100 % because I have found so many mistakes in that religion.

Have you heard about Harold Camping - a fascinating US preacher ? He could explain you how contrary is Catholic religion when checked up using the Bible.

To my best knowledge the Protestant religion is better than the Catholic religion.

I need a simplified explanation...

today i had a sister do a bible study with me and i asked her if jesus really died on a torture stake instead of a cross and i showed her john 20:25 emphasizing hands with an s and nails with an s. what the sister had told me was "yes one nail though his hands and one nail though his feet" ok so now back to the emphasis of the s if that were the case why make hand and nail plural be written in the bible then?

How Jesus died ? Is it important or not ? The most important thimg to know is :

he died on a cross and now how that cross looked like is a question of further deliberation.

Jesus was the final word of God in some sense as he was made a mediator of the New Testament and took the lowest place as God's servant . He was the last ! The last letter in the Hebrew is Tau : t - it resmbled in the old Hebrew a sign of a cross.And because of that it was fitting he died on a cross . If we put a pole and imagine a man hanging on it down and consider the inscription sign ( like a crossing bar ) above the head of the hanging person we see the shape of cross. If you don't agree with that you can add a crossing bar on which Jesus hands were stretched and yet we both can say Jesus died on a cross.

And we can see now it is not important how the cross was looking like .In both cases we see a cross.Jesus died on a cross in both cases.

You started on the wrong footing ! God doesn' t answer the prayers of people who are in the false religions . He would be otherwise approving such religions which is impossible.

God listens to the prayers of his people . God doesn't listen to sinners . Read the Bible.

If He listened to Catholics why not to Protestants and so on and so on as we have many christian denominations ! God approves of the true religion.

Get the list of my posts on this forum anyone of you who is deeply interested in this matter.

Who can make prediction ? How I explain the long list of my predictions. By the predictions that are made we can discern who has the True Gospel. Suppose you came up with the prediction for 2010 AD and it comes true - it can mean nothing if you are not a true christian.

There are strict requirements that must be met by a person making a prediction.

I know of one person who calls himself Ksiaze Michal - Prince Michael of Daniel 12.1 he lives in Poland and if you know Polish language he was listing many posts on pl.soc.religia .

He was making many predictions for the end of the world and failed .

God Yahweh is God of order and all things must take according to His perfect plan and we see in Luke 9.49-50 that only one small group of Christ's disciples being one in unity ( having its organization ) and only one more person (outsider ) that is not against that small group are recognized by God and Christ to represent them and the Bible and make predictions.

Just as we sift through many christian denominations to find one true the same is with single seperate servants and you must identify only one as that one servant falling into the description of the given reference.

Acts 28.22 has two numbers 28 and 22 and I wrote extensively on these two and by using these two numbers the way I explained we can find the only one true sect just like the first christians were called by the people of false religion.

Note I am predicting the end in 2011 AD ?Let's cut short the 100-year period by 25 . 100 years and about 4 years to Tishri 2011 AD.

1:35 000 becomes like 1:1400 ! What does it mean ?

Well, I am going to elaborate on that .I will try it in a reasonable way .

I think this may be a very good explanation if someone insists in his or her denial of my prediction for 2011 AD .

1: 1 400 that came from 1: 35 000 divided by 25 .

It is like you trying to find out what number from 1 to 1 400 I picked and chances are 1 to 1 400 you will guess that number.

That can be considered when the accuracy of the prediction for 2011 AD is concerned in your case of insistence.

Go and see how people react when playing in lottery and have a a chanced of winning the jackpot ,say , 1 : 40 000 000 !

And what your reaction should be to my prediction for 2011 AD ?

I gave a prediction for those who don't like my prediction for the year 2011 AD. Bear in mind that some 200 000 people die each day . If we number 7 billions now it comes to 1:35 000 - it is a chance anyone can die in one given day.

Translating that into future we can count 35 000 days ahead so we can have - for simple presentation 100 years . We can reasonably assume we can live to the age of 100 years . So anyone can be sure he or she will not exist 100 years from now. Only 1: 35 000 . Now go to any store where they sell lottery tickets when the big jackpot is for a grab. Chances may be 1: 80 000 000 for anyone playing who desires and dreams about winning. Check what those people standing in line think and now realize how we should be interested that we can die knowing the chances anyone playing lottery may die much faster than win the jackpot !

Harold Camping Denies Hell as a place

harold camping is the president of family radio and recently on his open forum program he denied that hell is a place.

he also has set dates for the return of christ the first was in 1994 and now he says it will be 2011. he also states that the end of the church age has come, but he has weekly meetings that are not church.

does this sound familiar to anyone here?
