  You know you're getting old when...

  ...you can remember as a kid having to stand by the tv set in a certian spot, sometimes holding the antenna to get better reception.. yes, i was an antenna sometimes.

  a change the society is going to make on Thursday night meetings, can someone confirm this for me?

  my mother gets a call from a dear friend in the midwest.

  and this friend begins to tell my mom that her kids who attend congregations in california were told that there "thursday night meeting" or the "theocratic ministry school" is being somewhat cancelled, and that it will be considered "family night".

  this would start sometime in the next couple of months.. the reason for this change is to entice the younger generation, because there is a dramatic decrease in attendence at the meetings, and that this in some way would help them to have more interest.. what are your thoughts?

  I'd be surprised if that happened. I'd be delighted if they just cancelled the meetings altogether...

  Brilliant video, calm and just said it how it is. To think I used to sit and listen to that garbage and not really think about what I was listening to.

  i think people who are sincere and watch ApostateChick's video will know that was from the heart and there was no lies, except the ones she was exposing. Well done Stephanie.

  from the time they employed me they have paid me late, without explanation.

  i have seen debates and shizzle about god or not god etc etc.. i was even confronted by an aggressive and trheatening muslim in the street, who was angry that i wanted proof that god existed.

  he ranted on a load of old b0110cks about 'hell' and stuff.

  finally he yelled at me: 'do you want god to write your name in the sky?

  Question for Believers - Why did god "create" poison ivy, poison toad stools, and marijuana?

  if he created them, then he would have had to use divine intervention to protect people from eating them or burning them.

  even after being told not to and passing that knlowedge on, small children could inadvertently get into poison berries or mushrooms.

  what about bacteria that causes extreme stomach problems like giardia?
