WTS Secret Police
by Pleasuredome inheres a story of what happened to me at a district convention this year.. an unbaptised publisher and i travelled to wolverhampton district convention in england.
this wasnt our district but id been on holiday and had missed my own district convention (how unspiritual of me).
so me and this friend decided to go to this convention and was also hoping to meet a friend there.. on the saturday morning we were delayed in traffic and we eventually arrived at 11.30am, paid our 3 for parking (i wonder if they had the use of car parks for free?

I was at a convention one time and found an "black dot attendent badge"(at the time i didnt know what it was).well when i went to turn it in i got the 3'rd degree."where did u get this?,how long have you had it?,did anyone else see you with it?"..i didnt know,untill later on what it was.ever since that time,even though i was an attendant,i was always looked upon with "evil eyes".I could feel someone always looking at me,even though i knew no one was around.just got that erie feeling.then i got busted for smoking a joint.didnt think anyone was around.but then me and some others got busted.and since i was a m/s,that was well liked,that quickly got brushed under the carpet.....blagh!...F*CKIN watchtower faries...i want to go to the next assembly and wreak some havock.have a lil fun.i think ill sit there bust out a 40oz of icehouse or hurricane and drink it.see what reaction i get from secret police then..(thell probably confiscate it and then drink it themselves,but then no.jw's are not alcoholics are they?what am i thinking?......BLAGH!

Physical appearance IN the troof vs. out

when i was in the jw's, i noticed so many "new one'z" and "interested one'z" who were nicely dressed people.
many were fairly well-groomed, the women & girls with nice stylish fashion taste.

i feel you on the whole apperance in the truth thing.when i was in i was an slightly overweight,acne faced,geek.my parents did lil to help me out. they would buy me cheap ass kmart multifuntion shoes(not really tennis shoes,but good enough to wear to school and meetings).my self esteem sucked,(still kinda does).but right before i got out,when i realised it was all bullshit,i started working out,bought good clothes,and all of a sudden i started to turn into a pretty damn good looking guy(what my ex said happened when i got out).sisters all of a sudden were interested in me and all...but then when elders start spreading lies and rumors,now im just a decent looking bad wordly acting person...forced to look outside the truth for a date.but i did. and im glad i grew up and realised whats up. to bad when i got out i was 20 and so emotionnaly stunted,i acted like i was 16.but thats another story for another time...damn now i need to do yard work...blah!...later peoples.

Which meeting was the worst?
by freedom96 ini absolutely detested the watchtower study.
never did an hour go by so slow.
there would the 20 or so paragraphs that had to read and answered, and i would watch the clock.

i agree the watchtower study was horrible.espically if you were a mic handler,when it went overtime.(oh sweet the witnesses are here....time to wreak some havoc....)...cool and the sister is a hottie!....be back later

i started to fall away when the elders called me in for a "impromtu meeting".at the time we were building an assembly hall about 2.5 hrs away.i was up there religously every weekend,using my skills and my time,my tools,my money(gas,wear and tear on my equipment).i just started working in the beer business,and they called me into the meeting,and it began....."well will we really admire what you are doing with the assembly hall.we understand it takes alot of time and money and self sacrifice to do what you are doing,(here goes)...BUT.....the business you are in is not proper. you promote lewd conduct,drunkeness,etc....blah,blah"..all the while after we were done for the day on the ass. hall,espically on sat. evenings some of those brothers were the ones out killing a case of beer in the parking lot(but they dont approve)...then they pull this on me....."you are a well liked ,popular M/S...you have alot of privlages.people look up to you.and we cant have you promoting something so worldly can we?..after all what does Jehovah think about what you are doing?".....well long story short.i started to fall away from the bullshit truth.i met a "wordly chic"...went off got married..and right before i moved west..had a J C meeting...and at first i was feeling a lil guilty. and then something clicked in my head...i realised what was goin on.and i told the 4 brothers(i know j/c's have only 3 elders,but a c/o wanted to sit in).i looked em strait in the eye,jumped up and pointed to each of em and said and i quote..."fuck you,fuck you,fuck you and mother fuck you"..walked out the kh with them saying "please come back,we want to talk to you"... i slammed the door ,gained my life back,and never returned again.im pretty sure im d/f'ed but im not sure...

lol@ shakita...i tatoally agree. its adicting. but at the same time this site is damn cool cuz,its cool to be able to talk to people who actually know where im coming from.i mean you try and talk to some friends about things but if u dont know how the witnesses are and know the details about operations and lingo most of my friends look at me and say..."uh huh...umm ok,ur a lil loony".....so its cool to be able to talk to peeps that know whats up.Thanks Simon....beleive it or not i was about to do some stupid stuff cuz i felt so guilty.but thanks to you(simon,for this site)...and the ones on this site im really starting to make sense out of things,and come around....
