an emergency meeting has been called by jack dowson at london bethel.
all co's and do's were recalled yesterday and are meeting at 2pm today in bethel (most have left the visiting congregations in limbo.
the meeting is today(starts at 2pm), tomorrow and finishing on friday at 12 noon.
The end result of all this i'm afraid will be more elders stepping down. They can't afford to be the WT whipping boy. The Wt lets them get sued-but they stay safely behind. Kind of like catching the dope dealer but not getting the suppliers. One trial, and it will spread like wildfire throughout cong. The elders will figure out they are on their own. I have heard elders lament this before, so tired of being blamed for everything. Some get so tired and burned out they step down. Too much pressure. .
Note. i don't ever remember a frantic meeting being called by JW over anyting. Usualy they just incorporate it into something already going on.
The R/f jw will probaly hear very little of this.

From many years in org. i can't recall a frantic meeting being called over anything. From previous post , i think they said this meeting was already planned. They may add it to the agenda the problem of slilent lambs and bill bowen and wathcing to stop leaks, but does not sound like it is main thurst of meeting.
The Wt pays some attys. very well to keep them out of hot water. Remember the tax thing-when we stopped buying mags but donated only. All for a purpose to CYA. My guess is that their lawyers are aready thinking a ways to CYA. Which is after all the name of the game.

"seeking out leaks" oh boy-here we go-they will be on a witch hunt now. I have sen elders stoop to very low things) stalking people etc, to find out what is happening. I asked simon about security jof this site and someone getting a hold of our e-mail addresses. It worries me-I currently know there is a list floating around of people that have been identifed as apostate. But truly-it is the ones here that are still attending meeting that have the most ot worry. Better watch what u say. I think this time it's not paranoia.

Well i didn't do this but was the one it was done to. We were in process of building our KH. I went to the bathroom and had all my clothing pulled down, preparing to sit sown on the toliet. I looked above me) and the celing tile were not all in and a young brother was totally fixated on me going to the bathroom. When he saw i noticed he left-never got a good look at his face or i would have been mortified.
My dad came to a memorial once with a bottle of liquor on him and the smell of it on him.
I once got into a verbal confrotation wijth another brother at the hall. We hated each othere and i heard him take a shot at me in the conversation he was having with another group. I took a shot back-very loudly. people did notive, and the brother was so mad he had to be escorted outside to cool off. He was a self righteous jerk. Glad i made his day.
