Green,
Yes, I believe
What exactly makes you "believe"?
i've just read an intersting article on the flood to do with dates and whether is was truly global or a regional flood.. http://www.commentarypress.com/essay-flood.html.
my father used to be an elder for many years and the flood was one of the things that made him walk away not just from the jw but also belief in the bible.
he was hung up on issues like the flood taking place about 3500 bc and how that fit in with the pyramids.. i don't know much about egyptian history or the ages of the big pyramids, but his reasoning was if the flood wiped out every human on earth except noah etc then at 3500 bc there were only 8 people on earth.

I also do not have the time right now to respond to all the criticisms which
I understand that, also i appeared too late on this thread. I will email you.
for the benefit of the public, during the mean time, i feel free to ask
Does the Genesis account reveal that the preparation and the flood itself was global?
Does the Cristian message about the flood, as presented in the "scriptures" reveal an understanding of a global flood by the writers?.
we started to "bud" in our blouses at 9 or 10 years .
old only to find that anything that came in contact .
with those tender, blooming buds hurt so bad it .
Nothin' like a little self-aggrandizement, eh, One?
are you jealous? name were witheld to protect the victims, nobody is perfect and i try me wicked sense of humor sometimes, not pretending to hurt anyone, this has been an hilarious topic from the very beginin....
there are many thing i dont regret about jw
learning from jw about cristmas is one of them
the jw were very open about cristmas, going against the "system" require some strenght and that in itself attracted many to the jw org.
Through the years our local newspapers have printed the origins of Christmas.
for how long ago have they been doing it did you say?
recently "local" newspapers had no choice but to incidentally publish what has been known for years, through wt propaganda machinery.
"local" is local, world wide is
world wide delivery by by the wt at a low cost to your home
at a time when most people did not even read newspapers, much less playboy, still most people do not read newspapers or have internet..

I missed the whole game
A cristian,
For some, like myself, that evidence came to them as a result of long personal studies of both science and the Scriptures which convinced them that the Bible is inspired by God.
You are "conviced" that the Bible is inspired by God, but you are not willing to share exactly how you arrived to such conclusions.. Proving that the bible is inspired may be the appropiate starting point.
Every child whom God adopts He adopts personally.
Can you explain the criteria "He" uses for adopting?
i have heard many creationists say: "just look at the universe!
there are so many things about it that have to be just right for it to be able to support life.
an interesting point, so i did a bit of basic math:.
If you put all the gears and doodads in a box and shook it up for a million years, it would never all into place as a working timepiece.
Not that i am an expert buy biology and mechanics are not the same. Such wt analogy(?) was good for silly jw, as we were.

Hell, even if it?s in your nether regions? you gotta scratch that itch!
LMAO, only emotionally intelligent women follow your advise in good conscience.
That's another advante mother nature gave to men, they don't need such mental ability to follow your advice, it is an instinct..

Why are women angry? That's easy to answer... it's because they refuse the scratch where it itches. After awhile, that'll drive anyone nuts.
LOL, eeerrr, what do you mean?

A bit of simple division reveals that only 0.0000000000000000012% of our solar system is capable of supporting life.
What kind of life?
it is much less than that for human life, as it is not NATURALLY supported.
"Nature" is much more benign with animal life in this tiny piece of the solar system.

One, your comment about periods reminds me of an Awake article about how women could not give talks because of their period. Good going! If you really think a period is that bad...you could not handle being a women.
I know for sure some women just almost become disabled and in real great pain. I could not handle being a women no matter what.
I have endometriosis (look it up) yet I am still working great, under pressure, even at that "time of the month".
i have a very good idea as to what endometriosis is (had not one but 2 outspoken professional girls friend suffering such, one is a doctor).
one thing does not help women with endometriosis, having the "montly visit".
but one thing does help woment with endometriosis and that is having a good male partner.
Why do you think those girls decided, with no real propositions from my part, to became my friends?. Initially without asking they both said "i am staying with you tonight", I reluctantly accepted
