  ok lets leave the atheism, belief in god aside for a bit and remember that we all have something in common and that we are a unique group of people on this very big planet.. lets all have a giggle about our old lives,.

  what was the craziest, most laughable thing that we used to do or observed as a jw ?.

  When mothers "mother" too much

  one day, all of this will "try" to be dumped on my household.

  i am now hearing rumblings of it.. my in laws have their almost 40 year old daughter living with them.

  We were going away and asked an 18 yo brother to house sit in our house. To come and go but to effectively live in our house while we were away tend to the animals.

  It did not happen he could not be away from Mommee and she couldnt see him away on his own.

  My sympathies to you in your situation. "Might be raped showing houses" is a typical horror story dernial that ignorant insecure people will put out.

  see a fellow walker all positive!

  I also use walking poles (like ski poles) and you use a lot more oxygen using your upper body with the poles than without.

  I have also noticed down my years that JW are as a group an unhealthy lot of people.

  In Australiathe Prime minister has recently announced a Royal Commission into child abuse. The parameters have yet to be set but surely the non action by the authorities and their cover ups of the different organisations would have to be a main item.
