I am saddened by the young persons death. For the most part I see the down side of the witnesses and their lack of caring and compassion and I have had my fair share of it. But on a certain day back in 1975 I died three times on an operating table. This operation was an emergency operation and prior to the ambulance coming to my home my now ex husband called our presiding overseer, When we arrived at the hospital and when I became critical the PO arrived at the hospital and stayed by my side the whole time until they rolled me into surgery. He even prayed holding my hand and he was truly sincere and caring. He stayed until three o'clock in the morning. This is the one and only time I can honestly say that an example of love was shown to me. At others times when I was ill and in the hospital no one from the congregation came to see me. My mom came once with my sister. This was my starting point in making up my mind that their was no longer any love or caring left within in the organization.
