Alas, it doesn't take much for the cult defenses to come slamming down in their mind. Hopefully you gave these ladies something to think about, especially in regard the bloodguilt the organization has. She reacted in a classic flight-or-fight mode. She couldn't run like she could if she were at your door...so she fought.

i've heard of some putting stickers in literature (before it's published).. i was thinking of dropping a few in the donation box (when i visit my elderly mother i sometimes go to the meeting).. what would be a good note?.
I've considered putting in monopoly money. And perhaps writing in the margins such things as:
* There is no deficit.
* Not one red cent.
* How are the hedge funds working out?
* Menlo!
* I'll give real money, when you start giving out real information.
What about putting in bread or lettuce? With a note attached saying, "Food at the proper time!"
Alas, Brother Franz would not approve of these tactics. So I will refrain.

The LDS concept of Holy Spirit has always confused me...
In the Mormon view, is the Holy Spirit one of the Father's children? If not, where did the Spirit come from? If everyone gets a body to develop to the next level, will the Holy Spirit get a body eventually and be glorified? If so, and everyone goes through testing, will the Holy Spirit be tested as a human?
the recent troll nananana (whatever) is helpful to show non jw's the real jw mentality and what will be required should one join up.
develop a nasty intolerant attitude to all who are not involved in the cult, hope and pray for all their deaths, call all who have left (even those who have been physically or sexually abused) 'mentally diseased' and so on.. the rare jw discussions i have with my jw these days, even he is disgusted by the trolls attitudes and how they give jah a bad name.

Djeggnog left the 607 thread just when the conversation was getting good...then vanished. He helped keep the topic going...I noticed he had nothing to say about the Society's misquotes of scholars and their research. He said he was posting for the benefit of lurkers. He perhaps doesn't know how much he helped them...just not in the way he expected.
