if only i was one of these i would have it made in the shade.
life would be wonderful, i would be sought after as the last great hope and cared for tenderly by my adoring public.. funding for conservation.
the nature conservancy works with conservation supporters and partner organizations to create funding for conservation worldwide using a variety of creative methods.
Didn't I just read somewhere that the ivory-billed woodpecker was thought to be extinct, but there have now been several confirmed sightings in Arkansas?

as many of you know, i believe in remote healing and the power of prayer.
so i am asking those of you who also believe in these things to pray for me this time.
(lena is doing excellently well, thank you!
Further update, (((lovely JWD people))): The tumor is malignant, but I'd already felt intuitively that it was. It is named invasive ductal carcinoma which is the most common type of breast cancer. The good news is the very small size -- 1 cm. And the fact that it has not metastisized (sp?) to the liver or lungs as mentioned yesterday. There are other positives in regard to aggressiveness, nourishment and blood receptors that will help with treatment.
I still don't have all the bone scan results, but the MRI was done this morning and those results won't be in for about one week.
There is some fear, but mostly my gut says I'll be okay post-surgery. So I keep visualizing and praying while I wait.

Today's good news is that the cancer hasn't spread to the liver or lungs. Bone scan results are not in yet. I go for my MRI in the morning.
Thanks again to all participating with prayers, positive thoughts, and remote healings.

KrissiG,
I live in Oakland County, Michigan. If you live anywhere near here, I would be happy to meet you and to introduce you to a group of ex-Jehovah's Witnesses, including an elder, who could freely answer your questions. PM me if you think this is something you'd like to do.

greetings from tennessee.
thank you for your inquiries regarding the barbara anderson vs. watchtower tennessee appellate court hearing, which took place on thursday, april 14, 2005. accompanied by steve and joy imhof, from panama city beach, florida, and our attorney, jerre hood, from winchester, tennessee, we drove to nashville to attend the 1:00 p.m. scheduled appellate hearing.
this hearing was requested last year by defendants in the case, and they are: the numerous corporations of watchtower bible and tract society; watchtower spokespersons, j. r. brown, and david semonian, and certain elders of the manchester, tn congregation of jws.
Hi, Barb (and Joe, and Mom and Steve!),
I am so honored to have met you all and wanted to thank you for the above information, your courage, integrity and chutzpah! And your stubborn, righteous, doggedness.
May Justice prevail.
Love,
Brenda

A little update: Today I had my Reiki treatment around the same time that AuntieJane was sending her prayers (Thank you!) and I am still feeling the love and protection of the wonderful people here and of the spiritual beings, the healers and others among my family and friends. The session was very interesting and I am still having olefactory contact with Spirit's representatives. (I do that, get "smells" related to certain persons...)
I awoke to see the full moon last night, as well, despite the winter storm that blanketed much of the Midwestern United States. That was important to me, as a symbol of the Divine Feminine, at this point.
Tomorrow I go for blood work, chest x-rays and a nuclear bone scan. If you would continue to keep me in mind, I'd greatly appreciate it.
