but it also applies to many of his other videos that are critical of the WTS for the sake of being critical.
And that demonstrates the downside of the Patreon business model: Channels churning out inconsequential and meaningless videos just for the sake of producing content.
I’ve seen this too in channels devoted to football and YouTubers admitting they’ve “got” to produce content to keep their patrons fed.
As I’ve often said, there’s a whole heap of Watchtower sins that are clearly on view, no need to make up stuff.

Also, is it just me or does the "Pillowgate" video seem extra tacky in hindsight? Part of the bunker is decorated to look similar to the background in that video. When I first saw the word "Pillowgate" I thought it would be about Watchtower running a pillow factory, maybe some sweatshop in a poor nation, not about the private habits of Watchtower's volunteer labor.
To be fair, I understood his argument there was to demonstrate the extent of the control that the borg has over individual’s lives, even going so far as to dictate what happens in the bedroom.
I agree though he really laboured the point and ‘milked it’ no end. Follow the money, eh?

When this post first appeared, my immediate reaction was “here we go again!” Over the years there have been many false flags on JWN promoted as facts.
Why was I sceptical? The language wasn’t right. Can you really imagine a long time bethel elder speaking of “worldly shit “ and referring to the worldwide membership as the “rank and file”? I can’t see it.
The content of the article seems to be more catering to the prejudices of the readers than from a person wrestling with doubts of faith.
Having said that, I know from first-hand fact that there are doubters, even at high level, within bethel families.
But….My take on this particular article is to exercise great caution; there’s enough to highlight the borg’s failings without ‘hanging our hat’ on the unsubstantiated.
Just my .02c worth.

Simple Question Re 1914
by Slidin Fast inwt claims that satan was thrown out of heaven in october 1914 precipitating ww!
and the end times.
a small problem with that is ww1 started on july 28th 1914 whilst satan was still in heaven picking his nose.. how did we not see this and waste years of precious life?

Seems to me that “The Troof” is unrecognisable from what us old-timers remember.
So much “new light” has been shed on what musta been darkness previously.
So does that mean that converts to dubdom, say 20 years ago, were actually learning falsehood? Were they really apostate?
