This sort of pathetic, humourless legal move by the Org could add to the Cognitive Dissonance of active J.W's.
Deep down a JW may wonder: " Why do they want to hide what we are ? ". As usual, such people will shove thoughts like that to the back of their mind, but that is the place where they fester and grow , until they actually inflict a kind of pain, and the JW will have to act upon those feelings.
I know, that is what happened to me.

i've changed my opinion about where the organization stands.
when i joined the religion in 1973 it was dynamic, even the small congregation i attended sent out three or four pioneers.
" Unless it completely rebuilds itself the Watchtower will die of boredom." I think this is so very true.
Also relevance to people's lives is an issue, once a JW starts to ease off from the Mouse in a Wheel life that the Org demands of its adherents, she or he realises that the Org has little relevance to their day to day life, couple that with the incredible boredom of the Meetings, what is needed at that point is some sort of trigger, and they will be off.
Another thing that is even more of a problem for those who want to keep the org going is that the young ones have in the main seen through it, and the older ones are dying off, and yet the Org now has no real way to attract new recruits.

yesterday, while having a smoke outside my house, i saw the google street view car drive by.

I gave up smoking last year, due to having Asthma and the fear that if I got Covid, my not so healthy Lungs would not stand up to it.
But when I was smoking , I took all sorts of chances of being "caught", it never happened. It is the same with Voting, Donating Blood, all sorts of things, I really am not prepared to spend the rest of my days looking over my shoulder and worrying about those stupid JayDubs.
If they see me doing something they do not approve of , f**k 'em, I am going to do it anyway. As I told one Elder, " You can't DF me from a religion I was never a part of ", which is true, all the main Doctrines have changed since I left about a decade and a half ago, so I have never been part of the latest iteration of JW Org.
i'm just thinking of examples of jw doublethink.. here's one - jws will tell a bible study or unbaptised publisher that there is no hierarchy within the org.
they typically remark on christendom's hierarchy but then say 'we are all brothers'.
but as a person gets further into the cult, jws will constantly stress the need to obey the governing body.. jw hierarchy .
By " Doublethink" I assume you mean what is called Cognitive Dissonance, and that abounds within the JW Org, see the List above in "mynameislame" 's Post, and that List is not exhaustive !
It disturbed me as a JW to be dishonest with people, the public, so I rarely was, apart from the not revealing all about the Org.
I'm sure it disturbs honest ones in the Org, the number of times and ways they have to use lies and deceit.
As has been said many times, but it is pertinent, " If you have The Truth, you do not have to lie about it".
